Everything except for what will be in the next box
I left a Nintendo wii with security for a couple of days. Someone from the staff stole the console and all of the games for money.
Friendly, enthusiastic staff, made us feel very welcome. Nice walk to the center of town, near lovely restaurants. No meal included, but the breakfast bar downstairs was reasonably priced and delicious or you could walk to any number of nearby places to eat. Parking is additional cost, but it is worth it not to have to drive down in the city or pay for parking downtown!
Bed was comfortable.
Washroom did not have any light. No food snack bar in room. Windows not insulsted enough so it was cold while sleeping.
Staff was unbelievably kind and thoughtful. Room decor was cool and funky. LOVED IT. Location can't be beat.
I hope to stay again in warm weather so we can hang out by the pool. The hotel renovation will be done by then too so that area should be 100% complete . Room was smallish which was okay, but slept 4 and only had room to hang one wet bath towel. Major fail there.
We enjoyed our stay , the staff was truly exceptional . They were very personable, and took time treat us like a true guest. The location of the hotel is also perfect we could walk to just about everything.
newly redone. great location. nice room.
renovation not quite completed. room safe locked upon arrival. line at check in.
nice outdoor pool for when weather permits , wifi worked good . quiet
as with many hotels . tiny gym no mini bar in the room
Sonesta in Philly was a great place to stay for an overnight venture. In a great area and the room was very clean. Excellent views. Slightly pricey but for the location id pay the same money again to experience Philadelphia overnight.
Location and cleanliness of room
Rooms very sylish and comfortable Pool Good recommendation for breakfast arround the corner as hotel offered only breakfast in the lobby area
Internet speed very slow, al,ost impossible to use internet
Right in the heart of downtown Philly. Good walking distance to the museums, clubs, and Chinatown. Evening shift bartender was fantastic, he knew the art of mixology!
location pool bathroom supply
parking costs breakfast offers
The location was amazing. My best friend and I were in town for the Made in American festival and the Parkway was only a 10 minute walk. The hotel was beautiful and the bed/pillows were so comfortable. The room was clean and the amenities were great. I would definitely stay here again.
I didn't like that the ice machine was on another floor. It was an inconvenience, but nothing I couldn't get over quickly.
The location is great everything is in walking distance and it's really easy to get a cab for places that are not.
I really wish there were a bar at the pool.
Just a beautiful new hotel with a beautiful location!!!!
Nicely remodeled, friendly staff, location. Great value for the room, spacious two queen bed room. Nice gym facility.
Great staff and really high standard fit out. The price is quite affordable at the moment also.
The room service staff are pretty noisy in the morning, banging on other room doors and shouting out to residents and other staff, not the worst problem in the world, but a little annoying.
The staff was extremely friendly and despite the current renovations I had a great stay
Parking an issue in the morning
The room we stayed in was recently renovated! Very comfy and pretty!
The construction work on the floor for the pool and the noise/ambiance wasn't what I expected because the construction!
The bed in our room was like a cloud. Clean room with a modern decor. Hotel is almost done with renovations. However, the work they are doing to the hotel is well worth it. Very nice place. Feels like you are royal when you walk through the lobby. :)
PARKING IS AWFULLY EXPENSIVE.... WE ARE GUESTS AT YOUR HOTEL. IMPROVE THIS. NEAR 30$ A DAY TO PARK YOUR CAR. CANT STRESS THIS ENOUGH
Furnishings are brand new. Rooms were immaculate.
The surprise on the bill at checkout: $38 for valet parking. No mention was made when checking in that there was an extra charge. You would think that with paying what we did for the room that they would not charge an additional amount to park.
The hotel is in renovation and it is not useful. It should not to be sold during work in progress
