Coast Phoenix Sky Harbor Hotel  

Staff was friendly, Lobby was inviting, inhouse Starbucks was excellent, inhouse restaurant was nice. over experience was much better than expected.

Very comfortable bed.

Sticky bathroom floor. I paid one price to booking.com then was charged in the end with a different price from Coast Hotels. It felt like a bait and switch!

A lot of money or an overnight stay. Flight was cancelled and I had to find something quick.

All the Staff we came in contact with were extremely nice. Light Rail out the front door was great. Downtown Phoenix just a few minutes away. Great shuttle to and from airport. Beautiful pool. The full breakfast included with our room was excellent and the cafe staff service was excellent. Bed was comfortable, room very nice. Found a great rate too, so high a lot of value for the money. Liked the big large, kind of grand older lobby.

A little noisey in the early evening due to the Phoenix airport closeby and older windows in the hotel. Still slept great. Would stay again.

Clean room, close to airport, free shuttle even very early morning, great food - as a surprize

I really liked that we were on the top floor so there wasn't anybody walking around over us.

There was a bloody spot on the comforter on the bed, and another suspicious looking splotch on the shower curtain. Room was really small for a "king suite". The room didn't seem to cool off really well, and it's just hot in Phoenix - it was 93 when we were there.

We were pleasantly surprised with the 'classic' lobby - high ceilings, great meeting place with lots of seating, baby grand piano. Heated pool, large comfortable rooms. Reminds me of the older luxury hotels in Chicago. Light rail right across the street. Just park and ride to the city for a great Saturday night. No DUI, just fun. Bar, restaurant, meeting rooms – everything there to suit every need.

Location to airport and being able to leave car while gone for a week. Breakfast was great value for your money. Everything that you would need before starting out your day.

Return trip the room was not clean. A layer of dust could be seen on side and top of desk and chest of drawers and tv. Needs to be wiped down better. Dinner is not that exciting.

The facility was handy to the airport and had all the necessary features we required. If I get back to Phoenix I will certainly consider staying there again.

The front desk check-in was very pleasant and the lady really expressed her desire to make my stay a good one. She was very positive about the hotel. It was obvious that she cared about me and the hotel. The employees in the restaurant and bar area were fantastic. They were kind, accommodating, and efficient. I really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub.

The bath tub took over an hour to drain and there were two of us on a tight schedule however I was given 35.00 compensation.

Hotel a pochi passi dall'aeroporto ideale per chi come noi ha soggiornato solo una notte in vista del volo al mattino presto del giorno seguente. Personale molto cordiale e prodigo di informazioni. L'Hotel fornisce pure una navetta per accompagnare gli ospiti al terminal desiderato dello Sky Harbor di Phoenix.

La nostra camera si affacciava sul garage multipiano dell'hotel, purtroppo la notte è scattato un allarme di due auto svegliandoci . Cosa non gradita se già si hanno poche ore di sonno prima di prendere il volo. Chiedete camere che non diano sul parcheggio.

2日目床、バスなど掃除がまったくしてなかった。　窓が薄くその音がうるさくて寝れなかった。且つベッドにダニがいるようで夜まったく眠れなかった。

I liked the staff in the reception, they were very friendly. I also liked the shuttle bus service. If you do not have money to stay in Phoenix center this is a perfect option as it has the metro light rail station just in front of the door and the metro costs s little as 18 $ per week.

It was a bit pricy.

Air condition unit was so loud and outdated that we didn't sleep all night. Turning it off was no option because it was 110F outside.
