Score from 248 reviews Very good
Staff members were very friendly and helpful.
Parking was not the best situation.
Access to the Moda Center
Super close to the Moda Center.
Staff are really friendly
The food at the restaurant was terrible and overpriced. The wait staff slow and uncaring.
I didn't like the misleading ad stating your property was located in downtown Portland.
The location is the only thing good about this place!
We stayed at 2 places on this trip. For the money Crowne Plaza charges you are better off at any of the surrounding locations. You will have better everything and save money! Don't let the location fool you into thinking it's worth the money...it's not!
Clean, comfortable, fancy, pool was fun! Great location. Would definitely be back if in Portland again.
Parking was $19/night but we easily found street parking very close by.
The lobby and front desk staff were friendly.
The room was extremely small and the bad was hard and uncomfortable. There was nothing luxury or special about the property. I have had better stays at a motel six.
I loved everything about the hotel, from the staff to the room, to the restaurant. I would definitely come back and recommend to everyone. Thank you
Did not have a bad experience.
We were in town to see a show at the Secret Society. (Boy and Bean) The Hotel was in a perfect location and the price was VERY reasonable. Our every need was met -the room was beautiful and very clean. Valet parking. Wi-fi, Various Coffees- we are big coffee drinkers! Restaurant with fantastic service, breakfast was great. Staff was terrific, very friendly- couldn't ask for better!!
There was NOTHING bad about this place, and NOTHING we did not like!
very comfortable nice bar and room service
Television in room was very small
The valet service.
The valet service shouldn't be an extra cost.
Good location, comfy bed, nice size room, pool and hot tub
We had a leak in our room - it was handled well, but was an inconvenience. Most of the staff were not friendly or particularly helpful. The individual who helped us when we had our leak was great, however. I wouldn't recommend eating in their restaurant. The food wasn't very good and there are so many great options in Portland
They offered free shuttle service to and from surrounding restaurants.
Cost was high compared to surrounding hotels and I had to pay to park my car there.
Although I was sick upon my arrival, staff, accommodations, food, amenities, housekeeping, and room service were all great. Thanks.
I did not like that I was confined to my room for the entire stay due the illness.
Restaurant food and service was surprisingly good and good value.
Despite being only person in li e initially, the check in was very slow and interupted by other staff on 2-way radio. Customer service refresher might help.
room, gym, pool, hot tub
Guy at front was a bit clueless when concierge was not there and we asked him where to eat in Pearl District - wondered if he was even from the city? Room was not as soundproof as expected
This is a standard business hotel in close proximity to the Convention Center. It's catered toward business travelers and is generally fine but unremarkable.
Staff was very helpful & pleasant.
I really likes that I could reserve this online at such a great rate, my friend was having surgery at OHSU. I wanted her to have a comfortable stay as possible.. it was fast and easy.
Well when I arrived to check in I tried to use my debit card, but for some reason they would not take it. I tried to pay with cash, Nope.. so my friends 75 year old mother got on the phone and tried to pay via credit card, well there was problem after problem, until finally after an hour and a half later, frustrated that id wasted all that time and really had to get back to the hospital I left and went across the street to shilo inn and checked in in less than 10 mins paid with my debit card and raced back to hosp.
I was pleasantly surprised about the hotel. I went to the wrong hotel at first, but was redirected to the Crowne Plaza where I had my reservation. I had been to the hotel before for training, but had never had a room there. The room was excellent, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay at the Crowne Plaza again. I got a free shuttle to my destination the next day and that was great. It saved me time and money. Great breakfast buffet too.
Fish & Chips at the restaurant was not that good for dinner.
excellent shuttle service. great staff. free business center. convenience to convention center
my room was close to the street & it was really loud. workout facility was small.
The bed was comfortable
The bed was really Tall Decore seems dated
