There is no safe box, so we had to carry all our money and passport wherever we go

Staff were extremely friendly. Rooms were clean and well looked after. Free shuttle to Disneyland is excellent for families.

I liked the shuttle to Disneyland, free parking and the exercise facilities.

I did not like all the resort fees and taxes that were added to our bill . . .I wish that when we booked online, that we knew all these add ons before we arrived!!

Nice clean large room, nice pool and great buffet breakfast.. Shuttle to Disneyland ever 30 minutes was a big convenience. It was in walking distance to many good restaurants. The hotel was very kid friendly, nice pool and game room.. My room was very quiet, great for a good night sleep.

I was unaware of all the add on fees until we checked out and saw the bill.. Occupancy tax 27.50.. Resort fee 14.00.. Resort fee tax 2.00 (really) tid Assessment 4.53 what is that? Each fee was for each day we stayed so that increased the bill almost $200 .. I think they or you should be more upfront about the fees..

Prices are too high even if you compare it to Hyatt. So many extra taxes and fees.

Everything. Staff was GREAT...very friendly. Great location...close to Disney, but not so close that you have people everywhere. Lots of restaurants close by...walking distance. Was very clean and even had a great place to eat on site.

Not much. Could have used a fridge in the room...but def not a deal breaker.

Rooms nice & clean. Found close parking to the back entrance. Loved the view from 8th floor.

Customer service on the part of staff was lacking. Was under impressed from my arrival to my departure. I chose Crown Plaze because of previous experiences at other locations. I would not return to this property. Cost of postage stamps. The gift shop sells postage stamps 16 cents higher than their actual cost. I have never heard of this at any other hotel. I was flabbergasted. I spoke to the staff at the front desk about it and they acknowledged that yes they had received this complaint before from other customers and nothing has been done. Something should be done!

Convenient location. Very good amenities. Staff pleasant and attentive to guests. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Great location, not too close to Disneyland, but then just a perfect distance. A great amount of shopping centers and restaurants very close nearby. Great parking utilities, excellent front desk staff. Very nice rooms, very nice bathrooms.

Pillows were a little small. No fridge inside the room.

Breakfast: Had to wait for available cook to make omelet. Also, breakfast same items everyday for all 5 days we stayed at the hotel.

Comfortable beds, exercise room, coffee stand

The staff worked hard to provide everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. They respected our need for late sleeping due to the demands of preparing for a convention. Staff also did a meticulous job preparing the convention space with covered tables and chairs. When confronted with a wireless connection problem at the convention, front desk staff patiently and effectively worked with me to resolve the issue. All employees were friendly, efficient, and polite.

The Crowne Plaza had overbooked the hotel, and we had no room available upon our arrival. Although we were directed to The Marriot down the street and did have a place to sleep for the night, the ensuing work required to finally get settled at The Crowne Plaza prevented us from going to Disneyland that day. We were able to extend our vacation a day and go to Disneyland after all, so everything eventually worked out for the best. The staff made up for the inconvenience by upgrading our room and making adjustments to the room charges. Overall, we felt the staff's efforts addressed the problem in a fair and considerate manner.
