Location, if one doesn't know San Antonio, it was difficult to locate.

really all stuf dirty,the w.c. was broken down,the cable is nasty, etc.

Shuttle service was excellent. They should actually think about going into town also

Booked hotel on line for 4 . Hotel only provided breakfast for 2. Hot tub sis not work. Too cool for pool.

I really liked the staff they were very friendly.

The bathroom was too small and it didn't have a lock.

Got there at 1 room wasn't ready till after 3 and I drove 5 hours to get there and had to drive another 2 to waste time till the room was ready

It was an ok location.

The hotel is listed as a 4 star hotel. However, the front desk was not helpful at all. I literally asked the attendant for information on (5) occassions and her best response each time was 'I have no idea'. Secondly, for a 4 star hotel, hot water should never be an issue especially when you have only been in the shower for approximately 3-5 minutes. For a hotel, the decor, I.E. wallpaper should never be disfigured. The television should work properly. The roomservice should actually come by my room. Needless to say I will not stay at this Crowne Plaza again.

Luxury for the price.

I made this reservation on line for my girlfriend, daughter and friends. When she went to check-in she initially was told that I had to be there or they would not be allowed in their room. This was not the case when I made their first booking two weeks prior. The reason I could not be there because I was working. Anyway, this caused my girlfriend some grief and frustration on my part. Your people need to be on the same sheet of music when it comes to check-in procedures. I am very disappointed with this hassle to my girlfriend. Sincerely, Frederick A. Holtz ii

I had to be moved in the late evening as the airconditionnaire was so noisy it woke me up although I was very tired

For one thing when you have to wait over an hour to get your room it is totally unexeptable My husban and i travel all the time and stay at different hotels this hotel was the worst i booked two rooms has i was travelling with my son and his familly and breakfast was included with the room price your staff gave me complimentry breakfast for the delay in getting our rooms what a joke when it was included in the price. we arrived earlty and i expected to wait till 3:00 so we left and came back at 3:00 still no rooms were cleaned to give us we waite over an hour before we got the first room then another half hour for the second room this was totally unaceptable we will never stay there again

yes, this hotel was very nice and clean

the reception desk was ok they did there job but did not smile very much and it was not just with me as I watched the person ahead of me check out and state how much she enjoyed her stay the associate just barely acknowledged her and it was the same for me.

Staff was friendly. Cleaning staff helpful. The security at the hotel was awesome. I really felt safe in and outside the hotel.

Not enough carts to carry out luggage. Not enough parking. Ice to hard to find.

Desk clerk refused to look up my frequent stay number. Air conditioner was not working properly. Called office and the front desk wanted to move me to a smaller room and make my son sleep on a couch. Finally sent a person to work on air conditioner at 10 pm, who then told me that an air conditioner without filters that had dirty coils was working properly. I had to insist he clean it--he was going to leave until I insisted. Bad service for a 4 star hotel.

Staff was very friendly and very professional and must say great customer service. Our room was very nice, clean & cozy! I had read some of the reviews and was a little nervous at first. But my stay was great. I will defintely visit Crowne Plaza by the airport again on my next stay. Thanks, Christina

The location was just minutes away from the River Walk. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Our package included a breakfast buffet and it was delish. The room was clean and nicely decorated. It was a nice getaway and we will return again.

It was nice and easy to find.

I wasn't really impressed with the room that we had or the people to check us in.

We stayed there because I was having a medical procedure at Northeast Baptist Hospital at 5:30 am the morning we checked out. When we checked in about 3:30 pm we tried to nap but an alarm in the next room went off for 15 minutes until an employee turned it off. AT 3:15 am the alarm went off again waking us both. 13 minutes later I heard someone in the next room. 5 minutes later at 3:40 it went off again. We did not get back to sleep before we had to leave for the hospital. It was a horrible night prior to surgery and I will not pay for it.

not the room i expected it was not even inside the actual hotel, it is on an outside motel 6 look alike.. some of the machines in the fitess center broken.. jeez

Me parece un hotel Viejo , remodelado regular , porque ni siquiera la remodelacion ha sido moderna , me parece que de ese precio hay mejores , y mas modernos, deberian de invertirle en remodelacion y en capacitacion al personal ademas el bufet muy escaso y regular
