Breakfast guy Ben was excellent !
Restaurant food and service. Cleaning services patchy
Room service & quietness
The concierge was helpful with telling us where to go/ what to do.
Bed covers were basically layers of sheets, there was not a proper duvet. Also, the hotel has a distinct smell when walking inside. Toiletries (toothbrushes, mini-toothpaste...) were not provided in the washrooms.
Good location and well located room with an wide view of Seattle. Complimentary breafast also additional benefit to stay in this hotel.
Only valet parking was available, costing us about > US$ 40.
Great location, friendly staff, comfortable room
Comfortable, easy checkout, quiet, beautiful bathroom. Great location
Accidently got a two bed instead of one
I was only here for one night (stopped over in Seattle as part of a multi-legged trip up to Vancouver), but it was a nice night. Not the cheapest hotel around, but not too expensive. Comfy bed, amazing views (if you're on a high floor, of course), and nice decor. Friendly staff, too. No complaints!
The only issue I ran into was finding a USB connection so I could charge my phone. Most hotels have USB connections on the tv or even on the alarm clock, but I couldn't find any. Had to go down to the business room and plug it into the printer to charge. Front desk didn't help and looked mighty confused why I was asking for that kind of connection.
bed is comfortable thats all
room service is very very slow toilets get wet from its bad design staff are unclear on some matters when it comes to payment i haven't received my money back yet on my visa card tv very old
The valet parking is sooooo expensive
The location was great!
Had to wait quite awhile for our room...over an hour after actual check-in time. We couldn't go into the lounge for food while we waited as my daughter is 12. The concierge wasn't in, and the front desk staff couldn't direct us to a spot, nor did they seem too concerned.
Great location / great facility. Close to everything in Seattle's financial district and transit lines.
Alatlaha beautiful andThe location is good
There is a foul smell in the lobby.and Turnip delayed due to a number I crumbs
Location, walking distance to most local attractions, free Wifi, free breakfast for IHG Gold member
comfortable clean hotel
Service in upstairs lobby bar was less than accommodating. Sat down with my wife at a table, we waited for 15 minutes to get served, no luck! We ended up walking out and went to a better alternative. Too bad, bars at upscale hotels are typically well staffed with professionals and friendly people.
I made a comment in my online purchase saying it was my two year with my boyfriend. I came into the hotel and they said I had been upgraded and wished me happy two years together. My mom and dad and our friends were staying in other rooms and the guy was SO nice and upgraded everyone to a suite. True customer service. I forget the guys name but he was AWESOME and deserves recognition!
The smell in the lobby and the super expensive valet
Front desk and staff excellent. Nicole went out if her way to make sure our stay was memorable
Room away from I 5 next trip
very clean and quit room service very good team are cooperation
high price for car parking no coffe at the luoby
We had a corner unit and it was clean, nicely decorated and cozy. Hotel is in walking distance to many attractions. Staff was very friendly & helpful.
Wi-Fi could have been better. Wait for elevator is long.
Comfort and friendly staff!
One of the robes was not clean.
We were traveling for thanksgiving and tried out something new. We enjoyed everything about the hotel. There is a paid valet service for parking, which could have been an irritant, but was more secure feeling for us as a couple. Great breakfast as well.
Good room size, fabulous skyline views!
I had an excellent stay
