I love the room..I love the staff..I love the restaurant and the food..A great place to stay
I loved the little details - the aroma therapy sleep system was actually very nice, the coffee maker in the room, and I went for the B&B package that included breakfast. Really nice!
There wasn't anything not to like. The view was great!
A bit pricey - watch out for the taxes! Ouch
No free Wi-Fi.
The location was close to attractions like pike place market and waterfront and area felt safe even at night less homeless on streets in these blocks, also first stop on airport shuttle
We really enjoyed our stay before and after our Alaska cruise. The Hotel was very clean, in excellent condition and located near most attractions. Best of all, the staff did all they could to help us in every way and were all very friendly and courteous.
Good location, clean room.
We really enjoyed our short stay in the hotel
Large Room, vey clean, had breakfast coupon for a great breakfast, beds were very comfortable, 4 pillows per bed, close to all things to visit in the city
Being in down town Seattle
The one day screw up in our reservations
Rooms well appointed, seems like they were newly refurbished; Housekeeping staff very friendly and thorough;
Too few elevators for a hotel that size; Public areas a bit cramped and not reflective of the comfort of the rooms. Hotel good but not worth horrendously expensive rates for some nights of my stay (but appreciate this is common for Seattle and not just this hotel)
The bedding (especially pillows and mattress topping) were surprisingly comfortable. The warm and welcoming staff at all levels of service. The gourmet dinner was fabulous. Good competition for the independent restaurants in the area. Room cleanliness was superb.
The elevators seemed slower than in other hotels. No hot tub or sauna.
Location is very excellent
Parking is expensive
Very good staff
Noisy dut to renovation
Location was great and the bed was very comfortable, room was spacious.
Lobby is overlit, and I had to sleep with earplugs because the highway outside the window was so loud.
Location is excellent for downtown activities. Staff very friendly.
Newly renovated rooms look as if they've been done with cheap materials. Beds way too soft for a good sleep. Parking is valet only and far too expensive. Would not stay there again.
Nice and close to Century field.
the food was great and the staff very helpful and kind, especially the bell boys. the beds were really comfy, room service was good, expensive tho.
there wasn't enough hot water to take a proper bath. The parking price is ridiculously high and paying for wifi with the prices you pay for the room! it should be free.
You cannot beat the location!
Convenient location and nice Christmas decorations
Parking is a little bit expensive
The location is perfect for shopping and sightseeing in Seattle.
Generally we like the entire experience at this place.
Ongoing renovations were not announced until after purchase parking cost
Frpnt desk service was excellent.
No air circulation other than air conditioning in rooms. A faint urine small in the hallway.
It was my second stay, so I knew I liked the hotel already. The little touches, like having enough towels and pillows, as well as the spa-like aromatherapy pack, kick the Crowne Plaza above the average hotel. The decor, while dated, is fun and funky. The bartender let us teach him how to make China Whites, and they were delicious. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was convenient and tasty. Undoubtedly the best part of our stay was the upgrade from the 6th floor to the 18th - it was the best treat us girls could have hoped for as it was quiet with great city views. And spacious! It made our cruise ship room seem even smaller :-)
The bill sliding under the door at 6am woke me up. I'm a light sleeper.
This was a great value for money hotel. The room was well equipped for working with a big desk, it was spacious and the bed was huge! Friendly staff at reception and breakfast and a fantastic choice of breakfast buffet and a la carte items.
