We were traveling for thanksgiving and tried out something new. We enjoyed everything about the hotel. There is a paid valet service for parking, which could have been an irritant, but was more secure feeling for us as a couple. Great breakfast as well.
Good room size, fabulous skyline views!
I had an excellent stay
free wifi, good location, good room service food.
check in desk clerks were too casual, they started gossiping ABOUT customers when they thought there weren't any customers. My room was located right next to the elevators, I didn't enjoy the noise.
Clean and comfort with good location
The WIFI is too slow!
We casually mentioned our sons birthday and the front desk sent up a card, cookies, and chilled milk. Over the moon!
High cost of parking our car
The rooms and lounge
Distance to stadiums
Free transport missing to and from airport.
Staff could be nicer, bathroom was cramped.over all way too expensive...the parking..
Great access to Seattle center, public transportation, and shopping. Still, the location is surprisingly quiet.
The view was distracting me from my work all the time. :)
I booked online for a room with 2 queen beds. What i got initially was 1 room with a king. There are 3 of us travelling. this was not going to work. We then got a room with 2 doubles instead of the queen. Sadly the hotel staff insisted they were queens. I tried to explain them that i am not a tall person but my feet were going beyond the end of the bed.....ahhh they are not queens but double beds. 2. I asked for an early checkin for 12noon. This was confirmed. WHen i arrived they had no room available for us. Had to wait several hours for the room .. Not acceptable
We liked the room and the hotel in general. Modern and clean. Centrally located. Comfy beds.
We were not pleased when the valet parking attendant told us we had to pay $45 per night, even as guests, to park there. As there was no other place to park, we were stuck. Guests should know about this extra expense. We didn't know.
the food and service at the restaurant were wonderful, bed was very comfortable, location was great, the rooms were clean and quiet.
I'd prefer to park my car; the parking was very expensive; the bellhops were on break when we arrived and we took our own bags up (with some demurral from the front desk staff); the elevators are slow...
The hotel has a very good gym.
The Air conditioning was very noisy.
The location was great and the service was excellent. The room was comfortable and clean.
The cost of having a pet for one night was $50!!! We should have asked about the pet charge, which is usually $20. The Valet parking was expensive: $45/night. However, we checked the garages nearby, and they charged about $36/night. Considering it was Valet parking, I guess it was okay, but we were not expecting the cost to be so high. I guess it's par for the course in downtown Seattle.
Excellent location and in walking distance to all of downtown business area. Sites were great and all of staff were very helpful and friendly.
Restaurant staff was short handed and services were very slow.
the wifi connection was very bad
Excellent location, a clean and spacious room, and a lively flair for elegant decor, at a highly competitive price. We remarked on this unbeatable combo many times.
The bathroom was cramped. Ironic, since some of the room floor space could have easily have been sacrificed for a bit more room.
Wait for elevator extremely lengthy
Beautiful rooms, comfy beds, courteous staff, great location
Expensive parking, slow elevators
The staff, location, cleanliness and comfort
Size of the room (and living room) were great, cleanliness and location too, and there's a nice bar/restaurant downstairs too. WiFI was free and fairly good.
Air-conditioning was untamable, and TV sets a little small and old.
