Z Ocean Hotel South Beach    

Staff were very helpful, rooftop spa room was great and staff happy to fill Spa tub on request plus the sound system was a great added touch. Beds were large and extremely comfortable. big thumbs up from us. :-)

Friendly staff, good location and a cool pool. Great facilities.

From the moment you enter the lobby, you are greeted as the most important guest. Not only is the Z Ocean's staff the most amazing group of individuals, but the hotel is both beautiful and tranquil.

I liked the convenience of being able to walk everywhere and the outside sitting areas, the small efficiency/bar area for warming and cooling food, the employees were friendly.

I didn't like the sofa bed. I preferred a cart and was not able to obtain one, the cost of the hotel was a bit high considering it was much smaller than others on ocean and collins that offered other ammenities

Luxury hotel yet affordable. The rooms were significantly larger than other similiar hotels. Staff goes above and beyond.

Housekeeping service not consistent through the period. One day the room has not been cleaned and 3 out of 5 days the amenities have not been replaced

The add on taxes, state, county etc and resort tax - which paid for the beach umbrella and chairs which we never used. Overall it was a bit expensive with something like about 40 dollars a day added to the bill.

Great Location, Great Staff, Staff responded quickly to all request/concerns. I would recommend this hotel.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The Penthouse room we had with the jacuzzi was great as well as the Nespresso machine. The room was big and the bed very comfortable.

Comfort of the room Great location

Friendly staff but totally unefficient (except for Mickey, the concierge, he's great). I almost missed meetings since i never got any messages left for me at the front desk. My last name has 5 letters, probably too complicated! They forgot to do my room one day... And the taxi I had oredered for 6AM (and checked on it twice the previous day) was ordered for 6:30.. The service got lowsier as days went by.. A little short to catch my plane! Will never go back.

The rooms are not your usual hotel rooms, but are decorated beautifully in a very modern, but very comfortable way. The beds are really comfortable and the bathroom is great, with a huge shower and fully equipped. It even has a scale. This was the second time we stayed here and I would repeat again.

The Front Porch Café has terrible service. Our waiter got our orders wrong, was never around when we needed him and it took forever to get served.

The Penthouse Suite was amazing. Will definitely stay again. I wasn't made aware before arrival that the hotel required a $100 per day deposit for damages (a surprise that was unwelcome), but the money was immediately refunded upon check out so it was no problem. The hotel itself was amazing, as was its restaurant, location, everything. Best hotel I've ever stayed at!

The room was amazing, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel always had a good surprise for us. Everything inside was of the highes quality. And the shower is fantastic.

I really have no complains. It was a great stay.

Its in a great location. Not directly on the beach however it does have beach facilities if needed. But its in the perfect place for a south beach traveller.

The private spa on the roof

The location is great and confort of bed and bathroom. The spacious rooms are fabulous. Since it was a convenient kitchen, we could make our own food.

- My first room was almost inside the pool, so I didn`t have privacy. - The second one (# 218), was very noisy because of elevator. My husband and I couldn`t sleep at all.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice suite as standard. Great location near all South Beach attractions and beach. Hotel has access to private beach facilities which is very useful. Underground parking is convenient.

My room faced the main road so not the best but soundproofing was quite effective with windows closes.
