Upon checking in, I gave my booking number to the front desk clerk, Roberto, who, altho quite competent and friendly, was unable to locate our reservation. After quite a few minutes of diligent work, he asked his supervisor, Janice to help. She seemed agitated and hurried, checked a couple of things on the computer and told us we had no reservation. I again offered up my booking email, at which she scoffed and said, "That's a third party" and shoved my phone back across the counter, telling me I had to call them and figure it out myself, as I was holding up the line of her paying guests. I was appalled at the manner in which she directed us to move away, she treated us as unwelcome solicitors rather than welcome guests with a nearly week old reservation. The next person in line actually offered assistance, asking if we needed money or something to smooth out our problems!
We were treated exceptionally well by everyone at the hotel, except for the front desk manager.
