Food wasn't great

Heater did not work, room got pretty cold at night

Very convenient to the baseball stadium and the breakfast buffet was excellent.

Both nights I stayed there was a group of people who Partied in the atrium area and they were very loud and their voices were intensified In the atrium. Very annoying. They should have been asked to stay in the bar/lounge area. The loudness of their voice made it very difficult to sleep.

At check-out the manager was very friendly and did reduce my rate due to all the items we discussed as unsatisfactory, but still it will take a lot for us to stay at the Crown Plaza again.

We made our reservations through Booking.com in November, the room we were given was right in front of the noisy elevators!!!! All night dinging for 2 nights. The room was hot as entering, the security staff was very rude, no answer at front desk, no immediately reply from text message sent to front desk, no hot water Saturday night for showers. Room was not what I expected for a 4 star hotel, very dated and there was a big red stain right between the beds. No outlets, we had to unplug a lamp to plug in our charger. Only 2 outlets in the bathroom, one of which was plugged. The sink gargled all night. The sleeper soft bed was awful!!! Ratty and worn. This was not what I was expecting for $160.00 a night. I could have stayed at the Garden Inn by Hilton for 69.99 a night and had a much better stay with free breakfast!!!!

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful and location was perfect for our needs.

Wish the restaurant was open a little later!

It was quiet. Felt ok as far a safety. Staff was great

We did not like the room at all. It felt cheated for space. Seemed like we had a long hallway for some reason once in the room. The TV was terrible. The guide didn't work. We've also come to expect the ability to rent movies, and that was not an option. However, the worst experience involved being shuttled to the football game. We paid 15$ a piece to 'reserve' a seat on the shuttle. While loading the person whom appeared responsible for the shuttle was talking money to shuttle additional people to the game. Getting there was no problem, when it was time to leave, the surge of additional people bottlenecked the process. People who had made their reservations up front were now on the back burner b/c of the additional people.

The restaurant served cold mashed potatoes with my meal and my wifes salad was so salty she couldn't eat it.

The staff was very friendly , and Aron in the dinning area was so nice and very proffesional. This was my second visit.

Wait staff often standing, looking, but not coming around to see if anyone needed anything. We waited on check every time, a couple times on refills on drinks. A man waiter, Jason, was awesome, fast, friendly. Kitchen was always slow... always waited tooo long on meals, even when it was not busy.

It was comfortable and clean, and I had a nice sitting room with wireless access.

Room service was so busy it took me an hour to get my order.

Lobby was gorgeous and it was conveniently located 5 minutes from cowboys stadium ;)

Nice clean and freindly

I met the General Mgr. while waiting for my room at check in, I was early, btw. Very helpful and pleasant staff. My 11 year old lost a room key from the resturant to the room and was very nervous when we approach the front desk to notify them that we need a new card. Customer service was better than most and I was very pleased.

The food isnt very good at the resturant. The pizza was tolerable. Bartenders & room service were very good.

The location. It is about 1/2 mile away from the main strip. However they do have staff that will take you anywhere within 3 miles of the hotel

Close to Rangers Ballpark! Lobby and bar are great! Trolley service to and from games is wonderful! Love the rooms!

everything was nice

It was comfortable. I was hoping the sofa/bed would have been larger but it sufficed.

The cleaning staff could not speak english. They work here and should at least be able to communicate with the visitors. Are they at least legal to be in the United States?

Everyone was very helpfull and friendly.

The separate living area divided from the bedroom, the large bathroom with great shower head sprayer, the kitchenette area, the quiet zone 7th floor, and the awesome breakfast!!
