Staff and facilities excellent!

Road noise from highway a little loud on that side of the building

Close to st.joes

Reservations were made n still was wrong in computer....room was OK...not worth the money...was close to st joes...too much noise from highway

It was nightmare! Some body kicked the door at 2230 while we were sleeping and worst part was he opened the door means he had keys, luckily chain lock was intact, I called front desk and asked for security, no body came and when called again after few minutes it was told key was mistakenly issued to someone, I was worried about my kids security who were sleeping in the other room. Went down in the morning met security incharge who says she will investigate, during my conversation with her, she made a joke "wishing a better day" it was surely better because we were not in crowne plaza syracuse

the comfortable beds shuttle service was an excellent touch, and the desk clerk was over the top

would of rather had a tub in our room not just a shower

Very elegant

The cleaning woman had not come to do our room the second day until very late afternoon when we had already come back to rest from our days activities. We had to just ask for our supplies for the next day so we could use our room to rest and forgo the cleaning.

It was wonderful. I will book there again next time I visit Syracuse.

It would be great if the sound insulation could be better.

We were really surprised! it was in a great location for our needs, and couldn't believe the price for the room, the room was very very nice. it looked like they just got done doing a total renovation of the Hotel. Very moden and a nice touch of class. I will alway stay at this hotel when ever in Syracuse.

The staff was helpful the women at the bar was very helpful recommended a good restaurant to have dinner and went to see if we could get a shuttle to the restaurant.The room was clean and well set up.

We have stay a lot of Crowne Plaza we were not please with the stay at syracuse we had been out all day when we got back our keys did not work the two of them we had to go down to lobby with our shopping bags the person at the desk were not very helpful when we went back up to our room at 4:30pm the room had not been made up it was like they had us staying one night not two. I will think twice about staying at the Crown Plaza we are gold member.

A fridge in the room would be essential.

السعر الذي دفعته بالفندق من ١٩/٨الى٢٣/٨كان اكثر من السعر الذي اتفقنا عليه مع booking.cmo حوالي$200 وقال الفندق ان booking.com طلب منهم السعر$1201 بينما السعر المتفق عليه مع booking.com كان$992. وانا اسأل لماذا الفندق يأخذ $200 زيادة

Chambres très confortables et très bien équipées. Parking gratuit à l'arrière de l'hotel. 10 minutes à pied du centre ville.

L'une de nos chambres donnait à l'Ouest et surplombait l'autoroute très fréquentée dès le petit jour. Si vous avez le choix demandez une chambre orientée Est.
