Bathroom and Bed
Wake-up call. I asked for a wake-up call for 10 AM. My name was Frank. I got a call at 9AM for John. When I came down for breakfast, I was told that I had to pay for it. I paid 188.00 for one night. I think I should have been given a complimentary breakfast. Parking spot was way too small
Nice location. room cleanliness
it would of been nice to have a continental breakfast included with the room. why should we have to pay for parking when we pay for a room...
Very small room. Charged $9 extra for parking, which wasn't mentioned at the time of booking. Of course everyone will have a car and it's a sneaky way of making money.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The touch key was neat.
The staff are borderline rude (with the exception of the waitress ) the seem not to care. The bathroom wad TINY. I had to step into the shower to open or close the door. The breakfast buffet (I thought was included ) was not worth $14.95.
The room was very nice and very clean. It was very spacious and very comfortable. The bed was amaizing. The area where you could order food or drinks was very comfortable and relaxing.
Disappointed in breakfast food. Would not suggest adding this meal to price of hotel.
The room was awesome. The bed was comfy. The furnishings were very nice. The shower was the best! You can't beat a rainwater shower!
The elevator system. Very long wait!
The room seemed clean and had an appealing modern style. The shower is definitely better than you would find in most hotels.
From the moment we walked up to the counter we were treated poorly. We said Hello, and it was like we interrupted her day. The same woman was there when we were leaving on Monday, we didn't get a Hello, a Good bye nothing. She is in the WRONG line of business, as we were leaving the hotel we over heard another couple complain of her behaviour. For this I will NOT stay in the hotel again, I am disappointed.
Charged me twice for the room and I booked a double given a single & was given a full size bed for 2 adults very uncomfortable did nothing to remedy that took amex to call to take charge off no help
Rooms, were great, location perfect, bar, restaurant, and overall facilities were terrific.
The hotel was clean. Rooms were lovely.
You can hear the highway traffic all night no matter where you are in the hotel. Service is not great, very slow for high end hotel, very disappointing. Would not recommend.
Friendly staff, great location - very near to Syracuse's most innovative restaurant, The Flame.
We very much enjoyed our one-night stay at Crowne Plaza Syracuse in every aspect of it. What added to our enjoyment was dining at a lovely restaurant named Flame just one block north of your hotel (713 E Fayette Street).
Decor and layout. Elevator system was quick and efficient
Not much to do in the area. Bit of road noise
Due to the proximity of the hotel to the highway, there was quite a bit of road noise
The room was nice, clean and the brd was very comfortable.
There are a lot if contructions in the area around the hotel, that made it hard for to find it. We also thought that the neighborhood was a bit shady.
My girlfriend left a pair of shoes that were not turned in by the cleaning staff. The manager avoided calls about the shoes and staff were of no help. Last time I will stay there.
Excellent value. Impecable service. Comfortable, clean and provided for a great stay.
Location was a little seedy - not the hotel's fault - too many roadworks happening. Hotel provided a shuttle to take us to a restaurant and picked us up again afterwards - so not really a negative for the hotel.
The worst ever I booked a double room they gave me a room with one full size bed that doesn't fit more than one person because they were fully booked but they charged me for a Double
The bed was comfortable, the toiletries were nice. Shower and room were modern and beautiful. Everything was clean and the staff was nice. The location was central and convenient if not very scenic or relaxing.
Being next to the highway, and the fact that it was a "party" hotel, it just wasn't that nice of a stay. The elevators are weird. And the lobby just kind of turns into a bar full of drunk people. I think you can do better.
Right off the highway and cheap
There was a party going on and the next morning the hotel lobby was dirty ... We asked for a queen bed and got two singles ... That's apparently all they had. Room service food tasted gross ... Club sandwich was soggy and made with turkey deli ...
short walk to the heart of downtown
The staff was extremely friendly and the hotel felt modern and clean.
Closeness to Downtown Syracuse. The Hotel is very clean and well kept up.
The actual location of the Hotel is on the easterly side of Downtown/ I-81. Area outside hotel is a little seedy. A late night stroll in the area is NOT recommended. Parking garage well watched. Driving to/ from not an issue- just area hotel is in is not the best.
