Friendly staff, great location - very near to Syracuse's most innovative restaurant, The Flame.
We very much enjoyed our one-night stay at Crowne Plaza Syracuse in every aspect of it. What added to our enjoyment was dining at a lovely restaurant named Flame just one block north of your hotel (713 E Fayette Street).
Decor and layout. Elevator system was quick and efficient
Not much to do in the area. Bit of road noise
Due to the proximity of the hotel to the highway, there was quite a bit of road noise
The room was nice, clean and the brd was very comfortable.
There are a lot if contructions in the area around the hotel, that made it hard for to find it. We also thought that the neighborhood was a bit shady.
My girlfriend left a pair of shoes that were not turned in by the cleaning staff. The manager avoided calls about the shoes and staff were of no help. Last time I will stay there.
Excellent value. Impecable service. Comfortable, clean and provided for a great stay.
Location was a little seedy - not the hotel's fault - too many roadworks happening. Hotel provided a shuttle to take us to a restaurant and picked us up again afterwards - so not really a negative for the hotel.
The worst ever I booked a double room they gave me a room with one full size bed that doesn't fit more than one person because they were fully booked but they charged me for a Double
The bed was comfortable, the toiletries were nice. Shower and room were modern and beautiful. Everything was clean and the staff was nice. The location was central and convenient if not very scenic or relaxing.
Being next to the highway, and the fact that it was a "party" hotel, it just wasn't that nice of a stay. The elevators are weird. And the lobby just kind of turns into a bar full of drunk people. I think you can do better.
Right off the highway and cheap
There was a party going on and the next morning the hotel lobby was dirty ... We asked for a queen bed and got two singles ... That's apparently all they had. Room service food tasted gross ... Club sandwich was soggy and made with turkey deli ...
short walk to the heart of downtown
The staff was extremely friendly and the hotel felt modern and clean.
Closeness to Downtown Syracuse. The Hotel is very clean and well kept up.
The actual location of the Hotel is on the easterly side of Downtown/ I-81. Area outside hotel is a little seedy. A late night stroll in the area is NOT recommended. Parking garage well watched. Driving to/ from not an issue- just area hotel is in is not the best.
Close to daughtger's university.
Breakfast buffet was very bad ... Quality and variety of choices was exteremly poor ... Also the area was very dirty
rooms re done very nice
no bath tub or balcony option
Front desk was excellent, especially Anne. And woman working the Executive Level for breakfast was excellent and even more impressive at Redfield's Restaurant was April and Tiffini who complete overdelivered despite being understaffed!
Redfield's cooking and delivery time because they were understaffed in kitchen
Wifi need to purchased
Comfy and great sleeps. Nice staff throughout hotel(minus check in)
Cleaning was poor, didn't replace supplies each day. Check in staff gave little to no info.
The comfort of the bed, the rain shower seemed updated.
The charge for parking, doesn't state that when I booked. The smell of the elevator from the parking garage to the hotel.
Close proximity to Syracuse University, downtown. Clean facilities.
The rooms were big and have been recently remodeled.. Very comfortable good value for money The hotel has a sort of 1970's art deco fee to it that was rather interesting.
Well, nothing really.
The modern decor
