Hotel staff, accommodation and location are top class! The staff is there really to please/serve you. Rooms are spaceous and comfortable and provide a great view on Times Square. Cosy hotel bar/lounge. Overall a gret place to stay. |

Location is excellent. The room was very clean and spacious with great views of Times Square.The bed was so comfortable!! The checking in and out of the hotel was smooth and hassle free. A great hotel experience overall. |

The exellent location and friendly hotel staff There was no jacuzzi, the steam rooms were in the changing rooms therefore I wasn't able to sit in it with my boyfriend and the swimming pool was split into lanes |

Its perfect location and how it is so near every thing. The staff was so friendly too. The Hotel is old. and it needs to be renewed, I'm used to 5 stars hotels in the gulf but this could almost pass. there were no refrigerator, so I had to order one in for 30 $ (1 - 7 Days ). The food menu was very poor in varieties, but some how the quality was good. |

Excellent locatiation. Short distance to subway stations and walking distance to shopping and many sights. Bellservice good. Rooms a bit less than 4 stars. |

The staff in the restaurant and the bar were both excellent,especially in the restaurant when we didnt have long to eat they made sure we were served quickly and the food was great. The lifts actually gave you a feeling of vertigo and made you feel dizzy everytime you stepped out of them. |

The location was great and wake up calls on time. I did not like that the drain in the shower/bath did not work and whilst having a shower, the bath would fill up and not drain the water for up to an hour after your shower. The plumming with the toilet was also bad and it clogged up on us. There should also be a fan in the bathroom too. |

I almost satisfied about the room,service,price etc.However I've reserve "City View Room" but I couldn't see TimesSquare at the window in my room.It was just one thing behind from perfect. |

Locaion was easy access to theatres and shops etc. Service was not warm and welcoming, staff were not particulary freindly apart from housekeeping staff some were actually rude.Lifts were very slow. Club lounge not worth it. Restuarants very expensive and food quality did not reflect the cost. Expensive internet access. In room facilities very poor we booked an executive suite which was just regular room with inter connecting doors, no slippers, no roes, the turndown service was not down each night as per our booking, the room temperature control did not work well. The lady in te Club lounge seriusly lacked customer service skills as did the manager! Would not recommend this hotel nor book it again. It has put me off the Crown Plaza hotels in general. |

Great Location They didn`t respect what nether the floor nor the view they confirm me in two previews call I made, one with 4 week before my arrive, and the other just one week ahead of may arriving date. They think they alwalys have the reason, and do not allow you make any complain againt the pre-checking service they themselves were given to me. They suggest that the deparment of reservation is not allow to give you a determinated room, and the front desk manager of the morning of Dicember 18th, treat my family and myself such like ilegal inmigrants, and didn`t let us explaint any previus conversation with the nigh manager who assist us in a very different way. |
