The location is out standing at the heart of times square... Very clean.. Good isolation,, it wasnt noisy though in a very usy area Nothing at all.. Perfect if u wana see manhatten |

The hotel is very central near all places of interest. Even though it is in avery busy location, the noise level was very low so easy to sleep. We arrived at the hotel at 2.20pm but we could not check in until after 3pm but yet had to to be out by 11am or incur an added expense of 100 dollars. there is too much furniture in the room but not enough room to hang up clothes in the wardrobe. |

The direct access to Broadway St, Times Square. The check-in was delayed one hour - two hours. Upon check-out there was no consideration for delayed check-out if needed. |

Location was perfect. Service was very good. Check in process was easy. The express checkout on TV wasn't functioning. I didn't receive a summary bill statement, so I hope I wasn't charged any incidentals. |

Everything was nice but the price is an issue, would stay in a cheaper hotel next time! Price was not justified, and not even a breakfast included! |

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The Concierges were excellent and certainly knew their job. Location was perfect for shopping and a variety of restaurants were on the doorstep. We were on the 41st floor and there was no waiting around for lifts they were at the press of a button. Drinks were very expensive and the area around the bar and reception was too cold to sit and be comfortable having a drink. |

Great location. Nice staff The rooms couldve been a little cleaner. Not bad by any means, just the floors couldve been cleaner daily in our room. |

Central location of the hotel to all points of NY.Waiting area before check in in lobby very comfortable. Check in at 3 pm is hard with flight coming in early. |

The location of the hotel. Most of the staff were great. It was quite comfortable. The Concierge we had (I think his name was Yuri) was fabulous. He knew everything! Some of the staff. |

the location for the price. Rooms very comfortable and the service staff were exceptional. Our greeting when we arrived at the hotel was just mediocre. Nothing special, curt and professional. |

On arrival the welcome was very bad. I was not advised that I was being offered one bed for our stay even though we booked two beds. The manner in which this was dealt was unprofessional, staff rude. Eventually the Manager found a compromise after we said we would go to another hotel.Location was excellent Staff, very rude and unwelcoming. I am not used to this type of service in a 4 star hotel |

Room was good size and comfortable.Location is excellent. Quick check-in and check-out. Concierge service is good. Your hotel did not carry the V channel that had the hockey game - had to go out for this. (PS I am Canadian!) |
