The hotel is very well located at Times Square. It is totally renovated. Rooms are nice (take the higher levels for a nice view). The staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast in the modern lounge restaurant is good (choice of continental, american buffet and others - take a jacket, it is rather cool because of the airco). |

location lobby on second floor. Always had to enter building and go up escalator to lobby before able to go to elevator to room. No so convient when you have kids and stroller. Also drop off / turn around was at back of building. Kinda odd. |

Corner room overlooking Times Square Room was next to employee facility and stairs- very noisy all night- staff was not interested in being respectful of noise they generated late at night |

Location was great as you were right in the middle of time sq and within walking distance of 5th Av Cleanliness of room was not up to the standard that I would except from a four star hotel as stuff was left from a previous guests stay which should have being removed by housekeeping.There was also no in room safe had to use the one in reception area which I did not like doing infront of hotel staff.Hotel staff were also not one bit friendley.I would not recommend this hotel there are alot better hotels in new york than the crown plaza |

Location is excellent. Bar and restaurant have great views of Times Square and has a lovely atmosphere. Reception staff not particularly helpful compared to rest of staff at Hotel. Rooms were fairly basic. Promised a room with a view of Times square but got a view of a roof top and a few walls. |

The fact that it was the best location that I needed for my stay. I have stayed in Crowne plaza Dubai before and thought that this would be the similar experience. I was wrong. Service was good but the room was dirty and remained so for the duration of my stay. This placed a damper on my stay and I doubt it if I would use this hotel again in future. The room was not cleaned on a daily basis. Especially the carpet was not vacuumed and pieces of paper noticed on day one remained in the same place until my departure. Beds were made and towels were replaced but the rest was not done with the passion that I experienced from the Dubai staff. |

Easy to access from Times Square. Remodelling was well done. Tidy and clean public areas. Not a bad sized room for New York. Really noisy. Concierge desk was difficult to access due to long lines of people & shortage of staff. Very small entrance on Times Square was difficult to find, but rear entrance behind the building was good for taxi access. |

The location is out standing at the heart of times square... Very clean.. Good isolation,, it wasnt noisy though in a very usy area Nothing at all.. Perfect if u wana see manhatten |

The hotel is very central near all places of interest. Even though it is in avery busy location, the noise level was very low so easy to sleep. We arrived at the hotel at 2.20pm but we could not check in until after 3pm but yet had to to be out by 11am or incur an added expense of 100 dollars. there is too much furniture in the room but not enough room to hang up clothes in the wardrobe. |
