The location, that is very close to the most attractive places. The confort in the assistence and the services proposed.

The location is out standing at the heart of times square... Very clean.. Good isolation,, it wasnt noisy though in a very usy area

The hotel is very central near all places of interest. Even though it is in avery busy location, the noise level was very low so easy to sleep.

We arrived at the hotel at 2.20pm but we could not check in until after 3pm but yet had to to be out by 11am or incur an added expense of 100 dollars. there is too much furniture in the room but not enough room to hang up clothes in the wardrobe.

Location, room, cleanliness, service and comfort were above expectation

this hotel is very comfortable nice place good location and good decoration .i want to go there again asap.

I liked the location, the staff were acommodating and pleasant. Our room was nice, and fairly large.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The Concierges were excellent and certainly knew their job. Location was perfect for shopping and a variety of restaurants were on the doorstep. We were on the 41st floor and there was no waiting around for lifts they were at the press of a button.

Drinks were very expensive and the area around the bar and reception was too cold to sit and be comfortable having a drink.

The rooms couldve been a little cleaner. Not bad by any means, just the floors couldve been cleaner daily in our room.

The location of the hotel. Most of the staff were great. It was quite comfortable. The Concierge we had (I think his name was Yuri) was fabulous. He knew everything!

On arrival the welcome was very bad. I was not advised that I was being offered one bed for our stay even though we booked two beds. The manner in which this was dealt was unprofessional, staff rude. Eventually the Manager found a compromise after we said we would go to another hotel.Location was excellent

Staff, very rude and unwelcoming. I am not used to this type of service in a 4 star hotel

I found the hotel to be very luxurious with great friendly staff located in the heart of New York. I miss New York but I miss the hotel more....
