Crowne Plaza Times Square    

Excellent location.

Cant find anything bad to say, just avoid the category of room with view unless it is Times Square view. You just find view of buildings on the back.

in the heart of Times square , near every thing for shopping

* 2 days and they didn't fix the Escalator . * no complimentary water nor internet in the rooms

this hotel was excellent. Everyone provided excellent service and location was spot on

The Staff were poor in dealing with customers and they tried to charge me for the refrigerator 50 dollars for my stay which is my 1st experience of this kind as I never hear about such charges

when I checked in I asked if I could get a room on a high floor. He said that he would see what he could do in a way that I knew he would not do that. My boss had already requested a corner room with a Times Square view when he booked the room in Januari. The room was not on a high floor, nor a corner room with a Times Square view. I can totally understand that, but it would have been nice if the person behind the desk had 'warned' me about that when he gave me the key to my room. The room was perfect, but I couldn't help being a little disappointed..

Our room on 43rd floor was excellent with stunning views. Great gym available and fantastic location in heart of city

The restaurant is far too small for the size of hotel so had to queue for breakfast every day. Bar service very slow

Easy and friendly check-in. spacious and clean room with a marvellous view ( floor 45 ). Ideally located on time square near subway.

Check in so easy and very friendly reception staff. The location is excellent right in the heart of Times Square. It was my daughters 18th birthday while we were there and the hotel left us a beautiful desert each in the room with a card, a really lovely touch. Also gave us a later check out than normal. The breakfast which we had included in the room was relay goo, loads of choice.

the staff were very friendly & kind to us. location was amazing - easy to walk anywhere - also really close to all shows. the room was clean, and kept clean for us. concierge was incredibly welcoming and helpful. we had breakfast included - it was great(lots of fresh fruits), the diningroom staff were great as well.

it said the rooms were soundproof which was not true at all. i would have liked a fridge in the room. the area(times square) is crazy busy. a little too much for us - not the fault of the hotel of course - but way more than we ever could have expected. a little farther away would have been better for us.

room was not cleaned until late after my first night. I had to call. A/C was not adequate. The room was warm.

Right in the middle of Times Square, and my children loved being near the M&M store! Rooms were much biger than other hotels we've stayed st in byc for the same price

No complimentary breakfast like most hotels we stay at. For the price, breakfast should have come with it.

The location was perfect. The room was very spacious.

The room could have used some TLC (lamps were semi-broken, bathtub needed reenamelling/regrouting, etc)

The hotel is greatly located, very clean with relatively large and comfortable rooms, particularly for nyc.

We had to pay for wifi connections (over 70 usd for 7 days and that was the cheapest option). Today most of the hotels, even more modest ones provide this service included in the price. I would expect that a hotel that charges over 300 usd a night, to include this in the price.

The convenience of the Hotel

Having to pay to hire a fridge for the room. Internet charges far too high. Liqour charges ie Bottle Bombay Sapphire Gin $220 when it was available around the corner for $41. This is blatant profiteering as guests are not stupid and it annoys them.Room service charges crazy so we did not use room service,we walked to get food.

Our room was not made up or cleaned for one day
