Very central location for getting about. Room was very comfortable and spacious; with 2 double beds there was still plenty of room to move around. House-keeping was excellant every day on our retyrn the room was spotless. Bathroom could do with updating you could pull the shower right out the wall. Charges for wifi were high considering you could use the business centre for 10 minutes for free. |

The Hotels location is excellent, close to all the Theatres, shopping etc. Room was comfortable with a narrow view of the Hudson on the 23rd Floor The room was close to the lifts and you could hear them running everytime we we in the room through the air vent. It was OK at night as there was less activity, but a light sleeper could have a bad night |

We found the rooms lovely & clean the bathrooms in particular were very well presented, maintained & equiped. We thought the hotel was of a lovely design modern & clean in its look. On the whole a lovely welcoming stay. We thought the bar was a little expensive & with the many other bars very close by decided not to drink in the hotel bar very often, we usualy like to end out day in the hotel bar and was a little disappointed at the costs. My son paid around $10 for 4 hours internet use but was not informed that it had to be used in one solid go - he would have liked to either been told and as a consequence wouldn't have paid or have the 4 hours use throughout his stay in what ever time blocks he wanted - we use internet to find each days activities, directions etc therefore we would have liked easier access. |

Our stay was very enjoyable and I would definitely stay there again. The staff was polite and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was ideal for our stay. I was somewhat upset with the price of the parking. I was a guest at the hotel, yet I was charged the same price as a non-guest. I feel that a guest should definitely get a discounted parking fee. My car was parked for 2 days and I was charged $78.00. What a ridiculous amount of money. |

The friendly staff and the good location. I would have preferred a kettle and nescafé/tea instead of the fancy coffee machine that only provided you with one cup of coffee per person a day. That is not good enough for a 4 star hotel. |

Travelling for the first time to the states with our two young children, my husband and I found the hotel to be extremley comfortable. My 14 year old loved the very art deco lobby and the broadway lights. The swimming pool was not very inviting. |

What I liked most was the location, excellent, near most attractions in NYC. The decoration and cleaniness was very good, too.The staff was good, as always, some of them were outstanding, others just fair. Nothing was disappointing! But the service in the concierge level could be more efficient. |

The location of the hotel was spot on right in the heart of times square easy access to everywhere We were booked into a times square view room and did not get put in this type of room, also on of the double beds had a metal spike sticking out of it and i nearly broke my shin on it as it was hidden by the valance! made a complaint and got a movie FOC but still did not make up for the pain in my shin! |

The Location! Yes, the cleanliness of our room was very poor. Also, our TV did not work. We were very disappointed for what we got for our money. Probably wont stay there again. We are from Toronto area and were very suprised by what we got at "Times Square". |
