Comfortable beds, decoration of rooms, modern bathroom, fantastic location, helpful concierge, good breakfast which at first apprears expensive until you eat outside the hotel. Arrangements surrounding swimming pool (have to purchase and wear a hat and only 2 people per lane) can prebook lanes but not adverstised anywhere, hence on first day had to wait shivering for a lane to come free. Check in was slow and had to wait until 7pm for our rooms! Compensation was offered though in their defense. |

When we arrived about 11pm after an overnight flight from London we were told we had to move hotels for the first night (of 5) as the hotel was overbooked. We were not impressed with this and fortunately a room became available so we were upgraded to a fantastic corner suite for the entire stay. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. Staff were excellent and the location was great although a little bit noisy at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. |

In checking in, I mistakinly gave them my Korean lisence, but the guy at front desk gave it to the next guy,who was next to him and they were laughing at my lisence. I was so embarrassed, and NEVER go back again. Moreover, they gave me a different room with what I booked through Booking.com ,and when I complained them about it they were so arogant to say it was nothing to do with them , it's only booking.com's fault so I have to talk with booking.com,not with them!!!and they never pick up the phone afterwards!!!!!!!!!! |

I have stayed at this hotel a few times before on trips to nyc. The location of the hotel is very accessible to the theatre and shopping that is around Times Square and Broadway. The staff has always been helpful, and the level of service is exceptional. I would not hesitate to stay here again. |

The personal attention....Leo Linton was especially helpful. The price was over $100 more per night than when I stayed last year. |

Full of tourists gr8 buzz, close to all the chain stores, city tours, perfect for a bit of speed sight seeing and shopping/pitzza! Our (2nd) room was lovely clean bright lovely breakfast area upstairs v busy had to try and eat our food on our knees but the breakfast was fine got us going for the day The area around the reception is not inviting. Having booked in we were sort of left to our own devices, we were not even directed as thow to get out of the hotel!. That may sound funny to you but when you have been travelling for 10/12 hrs no fun.The second room we were given was a too hot at times no visible heat control, but we took into account the beautiful weather!. Very slow service at bar tables a bit sticky & untidy. Too many bar staff strutting around not looking after the guests more interested in chatting, we felt like we were in the way. |

Location location location For such a big hotel, it was strange that the reception area was on first floor with no real front entrance |

I liked the room and I appreciated the cleaness of the room. The position is also very good. We had some problem with the heating of the room. |

Unfortunately for the charges incured and the name of the hotel the service provided was low. From the day I checked in to the day of my departure I was given contradictory and false information. During my stay, the hotel was busy but that is not an excuse for the poor service provided by the some of the staff. Classic example of that was my laundry not being delivered till the last day. I had to get the room card keyed repeatedly. It seems the staff did not think I was eligible to enter the priority club. Even the taxi guys at the front did not want to take passengers unless they were going to the airport. The level of service provided was extremely low. Definitely not a five or four star hotel standard. Will not stay at the Crowne Plaza Time Square hotel again. There are plenty of other choices. |

the closeness to broadway and the easiness of seeing tourist attractions. the concierge was always very helpful and friendly. the bathtub water control was very hard to get to hot water. very time consuming at times |

Besides first class service by the entire staff, we loved its close proximity to theaters and many good restaurants, all walking distance. |

the service at reception was not the 4* service. the person was very irritated and rude. they made an error and gave our rooms to another client, the same morning that we arrived. so when we wanted to check in, they were not available. and when we wanted to understand what happen, the receptionist started yelling at us. very disapointed !!!!! |
