We had a corner room with a view of Times Square and the Hudson River. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was in a great spot in midtown. |

The location was very convenient on Times Square and the staff was very helpful with any question given to them. The restaurant was not big enough for breakfast, so there was always a wait and the breakfast, although very good was very expensive and not included in the price, it costs more to have breakfast than an evening meal at the Crown Plaza, which seems not right. |

Very nice hotel, very comfortable and ideally situated on Time Square.We booked the Concierge Room ( 44th floor ) and the view was great. Access to the breakfast / Brunch at the 46th floor Concierge lounge was included and the view from there is amazing. We got excellent and precious advices from the concierge ( again ! ) about itineraries and line cutters : Sometime it's really worth paying the price ! Overall very good stay, in a lovely room, ideal for a couple visiting New York. The Brasserie 1605, restaurant situated in the hotel : Quality of meals is not there, french fries smell fish oil and wine menu is weak... That said, the waiters were very good listeners, friendly and took into consideration all our remarks. |

i liked its central location and i also thought the security was good. doormen were friendly and courteous. Also beds were very comfortable i did not like that we had to pay $20 for internet access. had to pay for 24 hours even though only needed access in hotel room for a short time. |
