Ubicación, amplitud habitaciones, diseño, decoración, etc. Es muy buen hotel! El desayuno es uno de los peores que he visto! No paguéis los casi 25 $ que vale porque hay 4/5 productos y además malos. Como cosa "extraña" en la habitación, es que no hay minibar... |

Lo mejor son las camas. Son comodisimas No me ha gustado el personal. Estuvimos la primera noche sin agua caliente. Nos dijeron que nos preocuparamos que se ocupaban de todo y cuando llegamos seguiamos sin agua caliente. Al final conseguimos que nos cambiaran de habitación. El ultimo dia en la nueva habitacion empezó a fallar el agua caliente otra vez. También en la factura se confudieron y nos cobraran 400 $ más. |

las habitaciones son bonitas y las camas muy muy comodas, aunque el baño es pequeño en comparación el hotel está en reformas. Es sorprendente que en un hotel de 4 estrellas no tengan un bar donde poder tomar una copa o lo que sea durante el dia. Tienen un salon nuevo precioso, pero cerrado al que no dejan acceder ni para sentarse. Para jugar a cartas un día nos tuvimos que sentar en el suelo. Muchisimas habitaciones así que las esperas en el ascensor eran interminables. |

Our stay at the Crowne plaza was a perfect choice for our holiday. The hotel, the room and bathroom was so clean and also smelt clean, the staff were also very helpful and polite. We also had dinner at there restaurant and drinks at there bar, where we found it to be very modern and clean. If we were to visit ny again there would be no other choice but to stay there again. There is nothing bad to say about this hotel. We accidentaly knocked a lamp off the table and broke it, we were a bit worried as it looked expensive, but when we told the staff, there was no fuss and they did not make us pay for it. For anyone visiting ny and looking for entertainment donot buy tickets for a comedy show if someone trys and sells you them as your walking down the street, we did |

The staff was very helpful, kind and always had a smile to make you feel welcomed. The room was wonderful just as the description on the website. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in New York. This would be my hotel of choise ! |
