THE RECEPTION GUYS AT CHECK IN ARE VERY VERY RUDE AND NOT WELCOMING

Location is perfect Clean

The hotel was re-wallpapering our floor. We got a note apologizing for the inconvenience, but no offer to switch floors. Maybe I should have asked, but when travelling with 3 children and paying for the pleasure of Times Square, you just don't want to make any more effort.
Room was very comfortable and so were the beds. Nice amount of space for a NY hotel. Loved the view on the 44th floor. Location is great!
We had a very loud air conditioner that kept us up all night the first night. The staff was very accommodating and moved our room. We were so frustrated during the night from losing sleep, but the way the staff handled the problem made us feel cared about. I was impressed by the management.
Loved corner room looking out on Times Square! GREAT location of hotel and view!
Nothing bad to complain about.
Easy access to all of the city. Great views of Times Square and Broadway.
I was given a password for "Free" Wi-Fi, but was then prompted to pay for four huors of use.
I loved the location and the front desk staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. I also loved the fact that I was upgraded to an awesome suite.
everething was perfect!
The Hotel restaurant was way overpriced for breakfast, but you're in Times Square. Plenty of other eateries to chose from for the kids.
Location! Step outside and you're in Times Square!
not including Breakfast and Airport shuttle
have to pay 1st for parking to be able to have your car pulled up.
location is 2nd to none!
Free Wi Fi but could not access internet due to excessive user. I paid for room with view, but I saw only windows from the next building, not time square.
My wife and I was on the 44th floor with king bed. The quality of sleep was excellent. I heard some bad things about the check in counter and the connecting elevator. Those are not true. Check in process was great. Elevator will take you all the way up in one time and in no time (if you pay attention which ones are they). I would highly recommend this hotel.
We had two small issues that were quickly resolved. First, at check-in, we weren't give the correct room. We paid the higher fee to have a room on the 41st floor or higher and were originally assigned a room on the 24th floor. When I brought it up to the front desk, they quickly reassigned us a room on the 44th floor. I'm not sure if they don't see the type of reservation or what happened. We also had an issue with the A/C in the room. We had it on 65 degrees to cool off the room for about 3 hours and the room did not cool down. We called maintenance and he was able to fix the unit so we had a much more comfortable stay.
The hotel staff was amazing. We worked with both Abigail and Susan at the Concierge and both were EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. The front desk staff was very friendly as well as the Bell Hops. You can not beat the location of this property. It is within 2-3 blocks of two or three different subway lines, very easy walking distance to 5th Ave shopping, Rockefeller Center, theaters, etc. We will definitely stay at this property again!
It took about 15 minutes to check-in, but I think it was just a popular time to be checking in. Also, there was a French family haggling or something which was clogging the flow.
We arrived around 6:30 PM and as we got up to the room we had a beautiful view of the sunset over the Hudson. We were just dropping our stuff off in the room and my GF wanted to touch up her makeup when I decided to lay on the bed for a minute. BIG MISTAKE. It was so comfy I didn't want to get up for the 7:30 show we had. The bed was AMAZING.
Had to pay for wireless, had to ask for robes and slippers. Carpet in room needs changing, looked worn out
Very comfortable bed, in the middle of everything, very helpful staff
Taxi (house cab, not yellow cabs) to airport booked through concierge who told us it would cost 72 dollars including tip for driver, so we booked through the hotel only to be charged 82 dollars excluding tip for the driver. Driving was erratic, many cars blasting their horn at the driver who seemed to cut in on them on several occasions, and both my daughter and myself arrived at the airport feeling ill after the journey, neither of us normally suffer from travel sickness but the driving was terrible to say the least! I would not recommend booking travel to the airport in this way as we had booked the same journey only a week before from a hotel further away on the same street with another hotel and it cost only 65 dollars in a yellow cab. I would not recommend a twin double bedded room for a family as it was too small.
Location very good, no real noise from outside though there was some noise as other guests went to their rooms at night. we had a room on the 45th floor facing the back of the hotel. Beds quite small, only double size.
The staff were very accommodating, our early check in request was accommodated, their suggestions for dinner and assistance in making the reservation was perfect! I hope to stay here again in the near future.
The staff are extremely rude & unhelpful.
Friendly, efficient staff especially front desk and concierge. Luggage room guys were a mine of information and very helpful with taxis.
Close to everything of interest
On our arrival the times square view room was not given which is the request and confirmed. On the 2nd day the same situation and keep on telling me just to wait since they are preparing the room and will be ready any minute and that was in the afternoon and called me in the morning to packed and prepare our luggages for transfer to new room and the I kept asking the front desk but to no avail and asked for the last time if there is a room or none for it was already very late in the evening (around 21:00hrs) and was told that there is no room available. I got mad and told them why they have to lie and not tell the actual situation and told they gave us one day breakfast/drinks for free . a very dissapointing experience and finally they charged me for more than usd 2,000.00
