Staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless every day. This is a great hotel to stay in if you want to stay in Times Square.
Wish WiFi was free. Didn't use it because I didn't want to pay.
This hotel is right in the centre of time square. Only a 5 minute walk to Broadway. About a 10/15 minute walk from central park. Would definitely stay here again
The buffet breakfast is very expensive
Leaky toilet, sink did not drain, furniture needs update
location is fantastic, we had a lovely room view with 2 corners, the room was very clean and the reception manager Fatima gave us a free wifi password since we have stayed only one night as a gesture of goodwill
Location and high room
No fridge in room
great location, excellent hotel
wifi works good but is expensive but necessary
Right on Times Square but an oasis of calm once you stepped inside. Excellent rooms and public areas, courteous staff, great ambiance. Nothing was too much trouble, requests handled instantly. Would definitely stay there again.
The location, the staff, the quality of food and the beds are fantastic!
Bit pricey and the wifi isn't brilliant
Everything about new york apart from the traffic which never moves. Hotel in good position apart from sign.
It took us hours to find the hotel even though we were five minutes away from it. We had a hire car. The problem was you cannot see the hotel name and we passed it many times. If we were told it was next door to Hershey's chocolate house we would have found it easy as that it huge signage and very well lit. Porter offered to take our suitcases to the room, we gave him a twenty dollar tip, when we went to our room after eating there were no suitcases and staff had a job to find them. This was the only bad point.
Great location; walking distance from theaters and Central Park.
A little pricey.
Cleanliness of room Comfortable beds Access to midtown good
Insufficient towels left by housekeeping
unfriendly front desk staff lack of experience how to deal with customers
Disgusting hotel!!!! Stains and smells.
Very gross hotel. So many smells. And stains every where.
Clean & tidy smart rooms good bar also polite staff reception very helpful
The room was a little old noise from next room with children screeming place was just to busy for comfort around lobby areas
Staff services were excellent! From front desk, guest services, and maid services. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The location couldn't have been better! All theaters, convenience stores, most restaurants, and some museums are within walking distance. I love this hotel! This is my second stay there and if I continue to get a good room rate, I plan to make it my home base when traveling in New York.
The view was nice.
They had bed bugs. My boyfriend & I got two keycards. I was sleeping when my boyfriend left & the key wasn't working. The staff wasn't being helpful & he couldn't get back in for several minutes.
The wifi and the expensive bar
Lack of security. Front door on Broadway not manned. Door always jammed almost wide enough to get thru but anyone off the street could have entered and gone up to accommodation level. Hassled by sellers as soon as you walk out the front door. Room had no glasses, just cardboard and plastic cups. Not what you'd expect for over $500/night. Could take some lessons from Crowne Plaza Washington DC.
Excellent location, great city view.
Like every Times Square hotel, not cheap.
The bed was comfortable and the location was great if you want to hangout in TS.
The hotel sold my room to someone else, so it was not available when I arrived. Instead of being apologetic and accommodating, they made me agree to pay for the room anyway! It took me and booking.com three whole days of giving the staff ethics training before they finally agreed to refund me. Awful hotel.
The location was good.
You could hear the people in the next room, so it was hard to sleep.
View of Times Square
Not a Thing!
The bed was un comfortable at all the walls where discusting the toilet sync was dirty not cleaned well we stayed 3 days we orderd an extra bed and they didnt get it for us as well we orderd antiallergy pillows and blanket and they didnt get us we kept on asking but no one showed up
The location of the hotel was excellent. The bedroom was fresh and clean on arrival and the daily cleaning was very good. Provision of TV, CD player, iron and hair dryer was also welcome.
Breakfast was expensive so we ate out. The paid for WiFi was also too expensive.
