We had two small issues that were quickly resolved. First, at check-in, we weren't give the correct room. We paid the higher fee to have a room on the 41st floor or higher and were originally assigned a room on the 24th floor. When I brought it up to the front desk, they quickly reassigned us a room on the 44th floor. I'm not sure if they don't see the type of reservation or what happened.
We also had an issue with the A/C in the room. We had it on 65 degrees to cool off the room for about 3 hours and the room did not cool down. We called maintenance and he was able to fix the unit so we had a much more comfortable stay.
The hotel staff was amazing. We worked with both Abigail and Susan at the Concierge and both were EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. The front desk staff was very friendly as well as the Bell Hops.
You can not beat the location of this property. It is within 2-3 blocks of two or three different subway lines, very easy walking distance to 5th Ave shopping, Rockefeller Center, theaters, etc.
We will definitely stay at this property again!
