Veldig god seng. Godt renhold. Meget bra beliggenhet for min reise. Jeg bestilte hotellet fordi på bildet var det IKKE teppe på gulvet. jeg har allergi. Rommet hadde teppe og det var synd. Internettilkobling på rommet fungerte bra, men var veldig dyrt. |

Vårt inntrykk av hotellet var veldig bra, beliggenheten er helt utmerket, Hotellet er moderne, rommet vårt var av god størrelse, sengene var veldig bra, store og gode å sove i. Kanskje litt grundigere renhold.Og muligens en litt lavere pris. |

The room was spacious and luxurious and the staff friendly and helpful and the location was excellent for what my friend and i wanted to do e.g.shopping and sightseeing in nyc. |

Location- close to theater, restaurants, and subway station. Love the pool and health club on 15th floor!. Not a fast way out- need escalater to get to main floor. The Broadway entrance was also closed and couldn't get through the front. |

We found the staff & service excellent, its location, comfort & cleanliness left nothing to be desired and we would highly recommend it to anyone. The entrance, but understandable due to its location. |

The location of the hotel and the quality of the rooms, although not flawless At first a noisy room on the top (concierge) floor, right under a resonant airco-installation on the roof. After two nights we were given a much better room on a lower floor. |

The central location of the hotel Innitially we did not get the room we reserved and they tried to convince us that we signed for it. The reservation from 'bookings' was very clear. The statement was 'we don't get the details..... '. Secondly the sauna and pool is very poor, not realy what you expect in a 4 star hotel and a price of 400$ a night. |

Good location on Times square I found the hotel quite impersonal. Without informing me at check-in, they gave me a different room than I booked. After complain, they still gave me a different room with the excuse that no Concierge Tower room that I originally booked was available, even if it was 6PM! Sunday morning, Concierge Lounge was so crowded, that there wasno seating available for breakfast. Had to wait at least 15 minutes. |

I liked the hotel very much, but...... but for a tourist like me it is it very frustrating to pay another 20$ per day for WiFi network connection for my iPhone |

Location, service and amenities were all topnotch. If you want to take advantage of everything Manhattan has to offer, this is an excellent place to stay. |

Location of the hotel is fantastic central and the Lounge was overall nice with an acceptable variety of food and a magnificent view. The Gym was even better than expected. Some of the staff at the Lounge were unfriendly - not serviceminded and the selection of food was poor in the evening. The closing time of the lounge should be later e.g. 11 pm and drinks should be available (besides soda, beer and wine). |

the position was fantastic and the staff were very helpful, room was large and beds good. the concierge lounge was the worst we have ever encountered, the evening nibbles were a disgrace and not replenished and there should be a few free drinks for the extra paid, certailnly not up to internationaql standards. Air too hot in the bedrooms |

Everything at the Crowne Plaza Times Square was excellent. If I had one complaint it would be that room service does not indicate clearly that the 15% gratuity is already included. |
