Centralt läge. Stort rum med stora sköna sängar. Bra bar. Mycket bra informationsdesk. Incheckningen var usel. Personen som checkade in oss var direkt oförskämd. Ingen fri Internet. |

Personal log inte mot gäster på receptionen, Var robot liknande och negligerade kunder som väntade länge i kö. Hotellets porter/baggage servis fungerade inte alls. Efter 2 timmars väntande i rummet, fick mån gå nere och hämta väskorna själv. Fick en mycket illaluktande rökrum trotts att vi önskade ickerökning, och barnen led pga detta. Lovade rums bytte först nästa dag tog flera timmar efter lovade tid. Dyrbar tid gick till spillo tack vare dålig management. Inget hotell för vanliga vänliga blyga svenskar. |

Läget är fantastiskt. Personalen var hjälpsam när det gällde biljetter till olika arrangemang, färdbeskrivningar och dylikt. Rummen var stora. |

Bra läge på hotellet för min vistelse. Väldigt kallt i lobby och matsal p g a den entre man hade. T o m personal i frukost/middag matsalen sa att det var alldeles för kallt. Konstant drag... |

I have stayed at this hotel a few times before on trips to nyc. The location of the hotel is very accessible to the theatre and shopping that is around Times Square and Broadway. The staff has always been helpful, and the level of service is exceptional. I would not hesitate to stay here again. |

Unfortunately for the charges incured and the name of the hotel the service provided was low. From the day I checked in to the day of my departure I was given contradictory and false information. During my stay, the hotel was busy but that is not an excuse for the poor service provided by the some of the staff. Classic example of that was my laundry not being delivered till the last day. I had to get the room card keyed repeatedly. It seems the staff did not think I was eligible to enter the priority club. Even the taxi guys at the front did not want to take passengers unless they were going to the airport. The level of service provided was extremely low. Definitely not a five or four star hotel standard. Will not stay at the Crowne Plaza Time Square hotel again. There are plenty of other choices. |

the closeness to broadway and the easiness of seeing tourist attractions. the concierge was always very helpful and friendly. the bathtub water control was very hard to get to hot water. very time consuming at times |

Besides first class service by the entire staff, we loved its close proximity to theaters and many good restaurants, all walking distance. |

the service at reception was not the 4* service. the person was very irritated and rude. they made an error and gave our rooms to another client, the same morning that we arrived. so when we wanted to check in, they were not available. and when we wanted to understand what happen, the receptionist started yelling at us. very disapointed !!!!! |

Amaizing location and helpful staff. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definately come back. There was no fan in the bathroom or maybe it wasn't working. Also there were red stains on the carpet. Initially, the toilet wasn't flashing properly, this was reported and looked into. On the day we checked in, there were hairs in the bathroom. |
