Lokasyonu çok iyi, Odaların manzaraları ozellikle üst katlar muhteşem. Uçaktan aşağı bakıyormuş gibi bir manzara var. Lobi hareketli ve etkileyici

Detaylar iyi çözülmemiş.Kalın Perde TV prizini çıkarmadan kapanmıyor. Banyo kapısı ters yone açılıyor. Bu yüzden banyo ya bir kişi geçerken Lavoba da ki kişi bu kapının açılmasından dolayı araya sıkışıyor. Bunlar düzeltilebilir.

Otelin bence en önemli özelliği odaların çok hızlı bir şeklide hergün temizlenmesi ve temizlendikten sonra en az bir kez daha kontrol edilmesi ; Bir otelde ilk kez şahit olduğum bir durum. Şehir merkezinde oluşu dolayısıyla tüm ulaşım imkanları var.Kaldığımız 4 gece boyunca son derece rahat ettiğimizi söyleyebilirim.Şehrin göbeğinde olmasına karşın gürültü yok denecek kadar azdı....

I liked the central location and the access to a top class gym and decent pool was excellent

I could not have hoped for a better location or view from my room. Worth spending that little bit extra.

The exellent location and friendly hotel staff

There was no jacuzzi, the steam rooms were in the changing rooms therefore I wasn't able to sit in it with my boyfriend and the swimming pool was split into lanes

Its perfect location and how it is so near every thing. The staff was so friendly too.

The Hotel is old. and it needs to be renewed, I'm used to 5 stars hotels in the gulf but this could almost pass. there were no refrigerator, so I had to order one in for 30 $ (1 - 7 Days ). The food menu was very poor in varieties, but some how the quality was good.

Excellent locatiation. Short distance to subway stations and walking distance to shopping and many sights. Bellservice good.

The Crowne Plaza was extremely convenient and very pleasant. Room size fine. Staff courteous and helpful.

The bed was a little soft.

Fantastic location and a very nice hotel, very comfortable room corner tower suit on th 46th floor with great views. Cant wait to go back !

The room door was verry thin and we can hear everything was happened outside.

I almost satisfied about the room,service,price etc.However I've reserve "City View Room" but I couldn't see TimesSquare at the window in my room.It was just one thing behind from perfect.

Locaion was easy access to theatres and shops etc.

Service was not warm and welcoming, staff were not particulary freindly apart from housekeeping staff some were actually rude.Lifts were very slow. Club lounge not worth it. Restuarants very expensive and food quality did not reflect the cost. Expensive internet access. In room facilities very poor we booked an executive suite which was just regular room with inter connecting doors, no slippers, no roes, the turndown service was not down each night as per our booking, the room temperature control did not work well. The lady in te Club lounge seriusly lacked customer service skills as did the manager! Would not recommend this hotel nor book it again. It has put me off the Crown Plaza hotels in general.
