Lokasyonu çok iyi, Odaların manzaraları ozellikle üst katlar muhteşem. Uçaktan aşağı bakıyormuş gibi bir manzara var. Lobi hareketli ve etkileyici

Detaylar iyi çözülmemiş.Kalın Perde TV prizini çıkarmadan kapanmıyor. Banyo kapısı ters yone açılıyor. Bu yüzden banyo ya bir kişi geçerken Lavoba da ki kişi bu kapının açılmasından dolayı araya sıkışıyor. Bunlar düzeltilebilir.

Otelin bence en önemli özelliği odaların çok hızlı bir şeklide hergün temizlenmesi ve temizlendikten sonra en az bir kez daha kontrol edilmesi ; Bir otelde ilk kez şahit olduğum bir durum. Şehir merkezinde oluşu dolayısıyla tüm ulaşım imkanları var.Kaldığımız 4 gece boyunca son derece rahat ettiğimizi söyleyebilirim.Şehrin göbeğinde olmasına karşın gürültü yok denecek kadar azdı....

Everyone was very helpful. The staff couldn't do enough for you. The hotel was so close to everything, the theater, shopping, dining etc.

The personal attention....Leo Linton was especially helpful.

The price was over $100 more per night than when I stayed last year.

Great location, within easy access of all must see sights. Would recommend this hotel and stay again.

The central location of the hotel made it easy to get around

Unfortunately for the charges incured and the name of the hotel the service provided was low. From the day I checked in to the day of my departure I was given contradictory and false information. During my stay, the hotel was busy but that is not an excuse for the poor service provided by the some of the staff. Classic example of that was my laundry not being delivered till the last day. I had to get the room card keyed repeatedly. It seems the staff did not think I was eligible to enter the priority club. Even the taxi guys at the front did not want to take passengers unless they were going to the airport.

The level of service provided was extremely low. Definitely not a five or four star hotel standard. Will not stay at the Crowne Plaza Time Square hotel again. There are plenty of other choices.

the closeness to broadway and the easiness of seeing tourist attractions. the concierge was always very helpful and friendly.

the bathtub water control was very hard to get to hot water. very time consuming at times

the service at reception was not the 4* service. the person was very irritated and rude. they made an error and gave our rooms to another client, the same morning that we arrived. so when we wanted to check in, they were not available. and when we wanted to understand what happen, the receptionist started yelling at us. very disapointed !!!!!

The location is absolutely superb, close to the most important spots in NY; the room was a corner room at the executive floor, very comfortable, silent, with a great view of the Hudson river. The staff was globally quite professional, helpful and polite, even in not so common situations; after my arrival, and when I was waiting for my luggage in my room, the doorman call me to confirm how many bags did I have, since apparently, they missed one; fortunately, they found it uneventfully about 30 minutes later and brought it to me with a big apology!

The breakfast at the executive lounge could have more variety and the staff there could be a little more polite (the only exception among all the staff I've contacted with). The food available at room service wasn't fantastic but the service was quite good. The lobby is always terribly crowded but, after all, you shouldn't stay at Times Square if you want just some peace and quiet, right?

We loved our stay hotel was fab and a superb location the downside was that everything in the hotel was very expensive
