Right in the thick of it in Times Square, a good quality hotel. 46Th floor with fab views. Great staff, good breakfast, helpful concierge.

A bit pricey at 400 usd per night but worth it if you have the cash and want to be in a great location.

I loved the location. I could step outside the door and be right in Times Square on Broadway. Your hotel front desk staff member Vicky Martin was very sweet to my young son and took the time to come over and chat with him. Imagine how excited we were to find she sent up a special note for him to our room. That left a special reminder of our stay there. We enjoyed our breakfast special included with our room. That allowed us to eat and be on our way for a day of sight seeing. The fact that foods for children were provided was very much appreciated.

Whilst the room had excellent city views, the amount of natural light coming into the room, even during bright, sunny days was quite low.

I liked the view and the comfortable room.

My hotel package included free internet, free breakfast, and free access to the refreshments room. I was given keys that did not grant access to the refreshments room, told I could not have the internet PIN and needed to pay 15 dollars, and excluded from the list of guests who could have free breakfast the morning of my departure. I complained multiple times and received 3 sets of keys, spoke to four people about the internet access, and had to argue with the attendant to receive my breakfast without going (for the third time) down to the front desk. It was embarrassing, frustrating, and stressful. The staff would not take my word for it and I had to go back to the front desk and show them the email indicating that these things should be included. For a one-night stay at 400 dollars, this hotel failed miserably at making my stay worth it.

It was a great location........you would never not find your way back to it. The room we had on the concierge floor was a good size and immaculate. Towels were changed every day and you could request that your linens be changed when you felt the need. We had breakfast and snacks included in the price and were disappointed in the snacks however we could not fault the breakfast. We went down every day to choose from cereal, dried and fresh fruit, bagels, cheeses, cold meat, croissants pastries,muffins, juice, tea and coffee. Staff were friendly, mannerly and helpful.

The main problem with this hotel is the noise. The door is not sound proof and there was a lot of noise from the floor above. I was disappointed to hear such noises from the walls. Other than the fact that I asked for a king size bed and got a queen bed. The view is not bad since its from a tight angle of times square.
