Embassy Suites West Palm Beach - Central  

Our family vacation was scheduled to depart from Boston's Logan airport on Friday April 19th, the same day Boston was in lock-down while the fbi, Boston police and swat teams were trying to locate the marathon terrorist. Our flight was not cancelled but the delays prevented us from arriving at the Embassay Suites hotel that night. We could not make it to Florida until the following day. The embassey suites hotel refused to cancel our reservation and refund our money!

The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Front dest staff were very friendly.

The thermostate did not work, had to turn a/c on and off to fix temperature which made it hot at night. Refridgerator in the room was beoken. The ice machine on my floor was broken for over 4 days. I was disappointed in the lack of response to the broken equiptment especially in my room.

The hotel was awesome from the staff to the drinks. I really enjoyed myself and so did my friend.

We travel for bussiness and we dont have time yo look around but everything was ok.

The Staff was Wonderful!! The Breakfast was magnificent and the Happy Hour nice. The Gym was well equipped.

The Elevators were not working properly. Only 1 was working for a good period of the time.

The shuttle/concierge team were a very friendly and helpful group particularly Lisa. I found her very charming and helpful particularly in finding my way about town.

I had one difficulty returning from City Place after requesting the Shuttle service which did not arrive. The mail receptionist insisted they had not received a call, but I had spoken to a female who con firmed the shuttle would be on its way. The receptionist then suggested I get a cab. Now as an out of town visitor I am not aware of the cab fare rates. When I presented a receiot for 12 Dollars I was questioned and told it was 6. I felt very embarrassed especially infront of other quests. Indeed many of the younger receptionists seemed inexperienced and somewhat unsympathetic to certain requests.

Convenient to the airport, and having an airport shuttle.

Whe we got to our room, someone had previously smoked in that room. When we called down to move rooms, they would not move us, instead they came and sprayed our room. Alarm clock did not work at all, asked for a wake up call and they did not call us. Miserable breathing in that room and windows would not open. Complained again in the morning.

I thought the hotel was very good value for money. I thought the breakfast was very good compqared to what I was expecting. The fresh made omelettes were excellent and the chef very friendly. The hotel is close to both shopping and to golf.which is what we were looking for. I also liked the free parking. I also liked the manager's cocktail party when we arrived. The free wine was drinkable and the female bar staff were very hospitable.

I liked that room service was quick. Complimentary breakfast and happy hour was great. I had no problem with parking. Something I wouldn't mind getting fixed is the heavy door slamming shut. Every time I entered the room and just let the door go, it always slammed shut and made a loud noise. Another thing is that the jets in the hot tub did not work. The pool area was nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a weekend getaway.

Location and value.

Not timely - waited 30 minutes for airport pick-up and breakfast was not ready at time specified.

The breakfast buffet is the best of any hotel that we ever stayed at. We would definatley staty again. They allowed us to check in early since we just got off a cruise ship.

Staff was very professional and polite. Joseph,samuel,tami give superb service. My wife's birthday was Sunday and desk clerk give her a free ice. Outstanding customer service. Including the omelet maker for breakfast. I recommended to friends, family and work associates. Two thumbs up!!!

Настоящий американский отель в хорошем смысле этого слова. Все на уровне, соответствующем ценам и рекламе. Все максимально клиентоориентированно. Пользуйтесь бесплатными трансферами из аэропорта и по городу.

Удобное соседство с аэропортом не всем нравится

O Quarto é muito bom, espaçoso, confortável. Café da manhã dentro do padrão.

Meu quarto tinha varanda e ela não foi limpa nenhum dia, estava muito suja, com várias pontas de cigarro jogadas no chão em um quarto onde o cigarro era proibido. Achei o pessoal da recepção frio, ninguém nos auxiliou com as bagagens nem na chegada, nem na saída.

breakfast was good ...same day to day no change in menu

when we arrived the room was very clean...i don't mind bed sheets being changed every 3 days, however the room was not getting cleaned daily

Room was comfortable, service and staff very courteous, breakfast bar was super.

Front desk did not inform us that Embassy offered a service to return our rental car and then shuttle us to the airport. This would have saved us time on our departure.

Que las personas no todas sean bilingües, y es importante que por lo menos las recepcionistas sepan hablar otro idioma. (Español)
