The location is near nothing of interest or need.
Two room views only. One of the local highway and the other a warehouse of some sort.
You can not make use of natural lighting from the windows without exposing oneself.
One either stays in the dark or exposes themselves to traffic and employees of the warehouse.
The bathtub utilities were faulty. I was unable to take a relaxing bath. The tub was also not cleaned properly.
Housekeeping disturbed me as early 9AM.
Poor housekeeping practices. Extremely unhygienic methods, which expose guests to disease.
Some bed linens stained upon arrival.
Some bedding and bathroom linens dirty, dingy and unpleasant in odor.
The "free breakfast" is abysmal!
Rather to call it "free heart disease and stroke"!
And PLEASE STOP using styrofoam Comfort Suites! It causes cancers of the lungs, other parts of the breathing mechanisms, blood and body overall.
The only healthy option was poor quality (inedible) bananas and oranges.
The television service was poor, albeit with a few Showtime channels.
(In this desolate location one needs a full array of cable channels.)
Personally, TCM, TVLand and HGTV would have been nice.
When hiring out the common areas of the hotel, one should post notifications in advance of film crew arrival. This should be done in consideration of your other guests.
Getting through the lobby Wednesday February 4 was near impossible for the other guests.
The coffee and tea station was inaccessible throughout the afternoon hours because of the film crew.
In needing use of the "business center" (which is no more than 2 computers tucked away in the breakfast area), I found myself pinned in, with absolutely no room to move my chair wirhout bumping into film crew. And they were in no way considerate of the other "PAYING" guests of the hotel.
Their needs is all that mattered. THANK YOU! If I knew the title of the film or tv show I would definitely have it boycotted.
The room is spacious, with nice seating area.
Refrigerator/Microwave/Sink convenient for preparing light
meals, snacks and cocktails. (Beware of faulty microwave in room#118.)
The desk area is very accomodating for work necessities.
If the housekeeping were trained and supervised properly, the room would be very comfortable.
