Hotel Current    

Very clean room. Great attention to details. Example, the towel and wash cloth made to look like a shirt and tie.

I was there two years ago and I really like the updates to the hotel. There is a good atmosphere in general. The staff were all very nice. I appreciated the hard-wood flooring.

There were no places to hang towels. That was probably the worst inconvenience.

The room was clean.

The shuttle service was not what I expected. Apparently, it can only handle one guest at a time and you have to reserve ahead of time. The reason I chose this hotel was for the shuttle to the Long Beach airport. I had to take my daughter to catch her plane myself.

Room was very old fashion. I guess other parts of the hotel were redone, but this room wasn't.

I paid the upgrade fee, so the remodeled room was very, very nice. The staff was outstanding!

The photos online shows these beautiful new rooms, however, when you arrive to check in, they inform you that you must pay a fee to upgrade to a remodeled room. Otherwise, the regular rooms are old and kinda seedy. I felt like that was pretty deceptive. I complained, and the manager wrote me a really nice note apologizing for the confusion, but she did not offer any type of refund for the upgrade fee. Also, the surrounding neighbors are apartment buildings that don't look that desirable. The apartment building to the South allows parking directly alongside the hotel so it compromises the safety of the room if the bathroom windows are not kept closed shut and locked.

It's a very nice place, clean and confortable. Good position to visit long beach and the orange county.

Breakfast is so so. Very noisy as many guests talked loudly either in early morning or late evening.

We were planning to stay at the hotel Current for two nights to explore southern LA before travelling up to the Hollywood area to explore northern LA. However we were so pleased with the hotel we decided to stay for four nights and use it as a base to explore the whole of LA, which worked out very well and saved the hassle of changing hotels. The staff were particularly pleasant and very helpful, the rooms were spacious and well appointed and the pool area excellent. The only downside was the breakfast which, along with most hotels we stayed in on our trip, was disappointing. The breakfast aside a most enjoyable stay

Well equipped hotel room with iPod/iPhone dock, nice lcd tv and modern furniture. Everything in the hotel design seems to be made with an eye for details and design. If that hotel wld have been located better E.G. Venice or santa monica it might be a very good choice. But wait for the not good things ;)

I personally didn't liked the location of the hotel... But that's just a point of view! What is totally inaccaptable is that the hotel had some parking area restauration that starts at 6 am in the morning, but that wldn't have been the problem due that I always uses ear plugs for my holy peaceful sleep ;) a hotel stuff member knocked as long on my door and waked me up just to friendly request me to park my car in another slot because they need to proceed with the restauration of the parking area! As I just arrived the evening before no one at the front desk informed me about that might be interesting fact. Really that is one of the worst things I've seen in many hotel stays. I wldn't make a reservation any more in my life time bcs I became really angry and that's the worst for me in my holy vacancies..

The main thing I liked about the hotel is that the staff was friendly and i was able to get a upgraded room for cheap. The propertie was very quite and the hot tub in my room was nice. I loved the flat screen TV in my room and everything from shopping etc was within 5 miles.

It was probably small mistake because of the last minute upgrade but there was no lotion etc in my room at the time of check in but the front desk clerk was able to give me everything I needed. I wish the location was in a better spot.

Tout, en particulier le mobilier contemporain et la décoration qui distinguent cet hôtel des hôtels "classiques. accueil sympathique et avenant.

Surprenant de se retrouver dans un motel en apparence très traditionnel e un peu lassant a vrai dire qui et en fait refait a neuf avec goût et design. A recommander !

La situation géographique.

Prettige en vriendelijke ontvangst, behoorlijk ontbijt, wat gedateerd ingerichte maar nette kamer, goed sanitair. Wifi werkt goed. Wasgelegenheid voor kleding goed in orde. Fantastisch Braziliaans restaurant om de hoek. Op (ruime) loopafstand nog diverse andere shops en eettentjes. Het hotel ligt vlak bij de belangrijkste uitvalsewegen. Het centrum van Long Beach ligt op ca. 5 km afstand, is heel gemakkelijk per auto te bereiken.

TV-ontvangst matig, toestel is tamelijk oud, evenals het piepkleine koelkastje. Verder is alles hier zeker OK.

Motel situé à Long Beach qui est très agréable. pas trop loin de l'aéroport 20 mn, déco moderne, confortable, voiture indispensable Petit déjeuner correct inclus dans le prix, dans une ambiance cantine

assez bruyant surtout le matin avec les gens qui téléphone sous les fenêtres des chambres.

Rezeption und Empfang

Sehr dunkles, kleines und spartanisch eingerichtetes Zimmer, vollig im gegensatz zu den Online-Bildern. Preis nicht gerechtfertigt.

Quarto espaçoso. Hotel muito agradável.
