staff were friendly, pleasant and helpful. The dining facilities were good, opening times were good and food was of a good standard The frequency of the courtesy bus from the airport. We had to wait a long time at LAX for the bus to arrive. The customer should not have to ring the hotel at this point to ask for the bus. Booking system should automatically send bus when required. |

The rooms are pretty basic, but look good. We didn't sleep at the pool side, but i can imagine that can cause some disturbance, because there was a loud party when we arrived. |

decent size bathroom and room and tv was nice ,hotel staff were lovely aswell. there was a issue with the cold water tap for the shower it was very tight and i couldnt have a shower , so i filled the bath with hot water and waited for it to cool down was kinda a inconvience when i was on a plane ride from ohio and was very tired and just wanted a shower and to go to bed. |

The hotel has a very fun atmosphere. I found other peoples' hair on my pillow and towels, and the windows were dirty. Parking is expensive, so park down the street and walk. |

The bed was super comfy, the hotel reception was a good place to relax or do business, the pool side was amazing! The staff were really helpful and informative and very well presented The room was pretty square and the bathrooms pretty un-inspiring and slightly sterile, however loved the shower curtain! |

great design. loved the music and sound design in the elevators. When I went back behind the front desk to make an espresso (it looked very self serve), the concierge freaked out and got really angry. It was 8 AM and totally out of proportion. And not very professional. |

Near lax, stylish (almost to a fault), moderate price, and a little group of lifesize, stylized replicas of sheep in the middle of the lobby. Every hotel should have sheep replicas in the lobby. Overpriced drinks and snacks for sale in the room; room almost minimal in size; almost too minimalist in style, just for the sake of style.. |

Sehr modern ausgestattetes Hotel in direkter Lage zum Flughafen aber ohne Lärmbelästigung. Sehr modern aber einfach ausgestattete Zimmer die zum Preis/Leistungspaket passen mit kostemlosen Parken in dem dahinter gelegenem Wohngebiet. Alles bestens-keine Kritik ausser das das Hoteleigene Parken mit 22$ / Tag zu Buche schlägt. |
