very helpful staff when asking for directions. Hotel advertised whirlpools, yet there were none when we arrived and we booked at that hotel because it had whirlpools. We were very disappointed with that. |

I liked how close it was to the Mall of America and that there was shuttle service until 11pm. When I booked my room with you, I was suppose to receive a room with 2 double beds in it. When I checked in, I was told they didn't have any of these rooms left and I had to take a room with only 1 queen bed in it for 3 of us staying. This was a huge inconvenience and I'm not sure I will ever book with you again, as this should not ever happen! |

The rate. It said there was a whirl pool but it was closed for repairs. I found it interesting that the whirl pool wasnt on their map but the Sauna & pool were. So did they ever really have a whirl pool? They didn't tell us where breakfast would be or what time check out was. The room smelled bad. Not very appealing. |

Price and value of hotel reasonable for what we wanted --- an inexpensive getaway for some shopping. Reasonably clean. Good location. Breakfast and coffee are dreadful. Bedspread tattered and questionably clean. Carpets stained. |

I like the shuttle service, the indoor swimming pool, the dry sauna, and the game room. Its not that I did not like it, but I would have enjoyed it more if it had a restraurant with full meal service, including breakfast. |

The breakfast offered was substandard, compared to others we stayed in. The glazing on the balcony doors/windows was very poor and therefore allowed a substantial amount of road noise. I would not stay again, unless there was some significant updating of the facilities. |
