Our room was quiet and clean. The breakfast was okay. I've stayed at this motel two other times, and this room was not the same quality as those I stayed in before (no microwave, refrigerator, etc.). My sense was that we got a lesser room because we paid less, but I don't know if that was true. I am wondering if the hotel has new owners, which could explain the change. |

Good value for the money.If you do not want to pay for more than a good, clean hotel, stay here. Small point, but had a coffee pot and fixings, but no coffee or tea bags in the room. Not good for morning coffee lovers especially as we were up before the breakfast room opened. |

This hotel is Excellent value for money. The facility is getting a bit "shop worn". For example, the air conditioning unit is loud, even on the low fan setting. Carpets are getting worn and dated, especially in the hallways. Staff are good to excellent. The continential breakfast could use waffle irons, like the Days Inn in Minot. The location is fabulous for MOA and access to the LRT (Tram). See comments above. |

Close to the mall Our room was not available to us when we arrived and hotel staff did not care and suggested I cancel the reservation, although I had booked a "non-refundable" room. |

The onlly thing that I liked about the hotel was how close it was to the Mall of America. I just did not feel comfortable in this hotel it just did not feel clean, also there was no information in the room about the hotel if there was a breakfast,tme the pool was open. |

It was close to the mall...the stay was cheap but the beds were super horrible, rock hard and the service was nothing to even mention The beds!! Our stay was brutal and will not be staying there or recommending it ever again |

It was close to Mall of America. Yeah the when we got there the front desk attendants were not helpful and did not hold the room I asked for and they were rude about it and had attitude. Later that night we got a room with two beds and had to move all of our stuff out of the first room which was annoying. The keys did not work and had to be fixed. I was very unpleased with the whole experience. |

only that it was cheap and close to the mall they did not have our reservation through you. I feel that we only got a room because I had my confirmation papers with. we were told the hotel was closing in 2 weeks. it wasn't very clean, the carpets were filthy. the hot tub was closed down and turned into a planter. |

Only the size of the room and the proximity to the mall of America. The customer service was pitiful and inexcusable regardless of the fact that the hotel was closing for renovations in five days. The attitude of the employees was " We close in five days what do we care" which is pretty much what one employee said to me. |

It was convenient and close to the Mall of America which was the purpose of the trip. The cleanliness of the whole facillity is poor. Also, continental breakfast should provide more variety to the guests. |

i have stayed here before and have always had a good experience, I will stay again but would for sure have a weapon on me at all times. We woke in the middle of the night to someone trying to break into our room. Not the main door but the ajoining room. I slapped the door loudly to let them know someone was in the room. I sat in the chair the rest of the night so my wife could sleep but come first light we were out of there. |

They didn't have my reservation when I got there, but luckily I had printed out my number. The front desk was a little on the cranky side, no tokens for games, someone had mentioned they will be closing in a week thats why there is not tokens. |

The bed in the room was extremely comfortable and the hotel was very quiet. They advertised a jacuzzi (which was a very large selling point for us) and there wasn't one there. I guess it was broken so instead of getting it fixed, the hotel decided to make it a large planter. It made us sad, but the pool was good!! |
