Cleanliness was amazing; room was huge; bed and pillows soo comfortable; beautiful city views; they come every evening and close your blinds, turn your radio on, give you complimentary cookies. Staff were very very friendly. The hotel was in a great location for shopping; eating; less than 10 min walk to the water and 20-30 min or so nice slow walk to the museums like the Institue of Art which is comparible to the Met in NY or the Field museum which is soo much better than the National History museum in NY |

The views from our all glass corner window room (and the glass window from the shower into the bedroom) were so spectacular that we spent our entire visit in our room! I loved that there was a full wine selection, by the bottle, in the room. |

Spa was reluctant to gap any service appointments. If there was a hour gap time staff would not consider offering. I am in the service industry and in 32 years have and would not consider this to be beneficial to business. maybe they should consider more staff or splitting hours to accommodate the hours of business. |

The service staff was excellent...always ready to answer any questions and assist with any concerns. Considering the location in downtown Chicago, the price was great! I cannot think of one thing I did not like at this hotel. It was all good. Did not read any reviews so cannot answer one of the questions. |

Location. We brought bikes and enjoyed the architecture. Near theater and great restaurants. Near Holy Name Cathedral, our regular "Chicago" place of worship. Room was very clean, comfortable, and accomodating. Friendly staff, stored our bikes for us with no fuss. Convenient stay in every way. |

The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was comfortable and the location was ideal for being in the city. Noise, noise and more noise. It was difficult to get a good night's sleep from the city streets as well as revelers within the hotel. |

We had excellent service, received a free room upgrade and $15 breakfast vouchers which were not expected. We would love to go back sometime. |

The location was ideal along with the price as i've stayed in city central hotels before and this was a reasonable prices. the staff were very friendly and helpful and the design was modern, warm and timeless. I've stayed in many hotels and this is one of my favourite hotels. Plus they offered free internet access for guests the price of the items in the mini bar was a little too expensive |

We like most of all the atmosphere of the room and the whole hotel and off course the music : ) Only 1 thing we didn't like is the doors, They aren't enough soundproof and too loud to close. |

The view was fantastic and so was the shower. The upper level lounge was weak. Went there and didn't even order a drink. Very dry atmosphere. |

The staff was great, the hotel is very central to attractions and downtown shopping etc. The architecture was very modern and trendy. The rooms have a great view of downtown Chicago. The bathrooms were very impressive. The rain shower was most memorable. The rooms have a refrigerator full of Beer, Wine, soda, water, Red Bull etc. There were a few hidden fees such as overnight parking $38.00 per night. The beverage bar and snack bar in the room is pricey, but I guess that's expected. |

I was very impressed with the ammenities. The room was very clean, very comfortable (beds were great), and it was very pleasing to the eyes. We had a good view of the city from our room which also added to the experience. The rain shower was also a plus. I had reserved one of the nicer rooms for the weekend, however when we arrived they informed me that none of those rooms were left. I wasn't too happy. They did however knock off some of the cost and offer to move us the next day. The room we were in ended up being nice enough that we decided not to move. |
