Modern decor. Nice room layout. Great location. Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.
Felt a little nickel-and-dimed. Charged $15 fee for concierge to hold the bag after checking out. Requested an early check in and even though they had a room available they still charged me an extra $20/night which was a little disappointing but not unreasonable (so I chose to accept the charge). Also, the bed was a little on the soft side which is not ideal for people with back problems.
I was always asked meaningful questions and was never hassled and never waited for a taxi. The service was great and quick and the room was beautiful plus I got exactly what I requested.
Hard to find the hotel at night.. not much parking.
My favorite part of the room was the shower.
The staff was attentive. From the doormen to the front desk to the housekeepers, everyone smiled and spoke.
The room was smallish (comfy king) and the lighting was kinda dim.
Great location for visiting the city. We had great views on North state St. Very friendly staff blonde waitress in vertigo, both doormen, bellboy and reception all exceeded our expectations. Would recommend this hotel again and again. Rain shower, free and functioning wifi, comfy bed.
Nothing to dislike for us!
Customer service and design of the hotel.
Well I was really looking forward to a spa bath tub of some sort and for the room to be a little more spacious.
February was cold and it was wonderful to be within walking distance to entertainment, restaurants, local attractions. The staff was extremely responsive and positive as well. Great experience
Location is perfect, nice bed, small but adequate gym, wine rack in room.
Window blinds still look like they've survived WW2, starting to show it's age.
Friendly and very helpful staff, from concierge to the front desk and restaurant servers Will definitely stay again if the occasion arises.
Beds were comfortable, club and eatery were inside the hotel and was was accessible.
The room was small, next door guest were partying all night, for two days had to call security both nights. But that is not the hotels fault they were not respectable and out of control.
The rooms were modern with floor to ceiling windows. Loved the location of the Dana. Quiet, but within walking distance to lots of attractions.
The only thing that was a bit irritating was how long the wait was for the elevator.
Outstanding staff, very personable and always helpful! We love the room, the floor to ceiling windows, rain shower---very comfortable room efficiently designed to seem larger than it is.
We had a wonderful stay!
We loved how the hotel was walking distance of everything downtown!
We were not allowed to get a late check out
The spa was great! The service was excellent from the entire staff--very friendly!
Being charged all the extra tax fees at the end. Our bill doubled with all of the state, city tax fees and parking and parking tax fees.
bed and pillows, too soft, should have some harder pillows.
Got married in Chicago and the staff was fantastic!
Had to leave
Pretty much everything. It was a really nice hotel. It was very clean and fancy. The staff was also very nice and friendly.
views, bathroom, walking distance to city; MCA and MM, SPA facilities, very helpful and friendly staff
lights in room not very performant, on a dark day the room stays dark, door to the balcony is badly isolated, cold air is blowing through the edge, the heating is quite noisy and the air very dry
the location is very nice , the rooftop is amazing , the room was comfortable
the sound of the heating system was really annoying
Comfort, the wooden floors, the views, hi tech room, choice of wines in the room. Room design, shower with glass wall to the bed, location. Price.
Staff not very motivated, but correct. Rate does not include b'fast.
