Pretty much everything. It was a really nice hotel. It was very clean and fancy. The staff was also very nice and friendly.
views, bathroom, walking distance to city; MCA and MM, SPA facilities, very helpful and friendly staff
lights in room not very performant, on a dark day the room stays dark, door to the balcony is badly isolated, cold air is blowing through the edge, the heating is quite noisy and the air very dry
the location is very nice , the rooftop is amazing , the room was comfortable
the sound of the heating system was really annoying
Comfort, the wooden floors, the views, hi tech room, choice of wines in the room. Room design, shower with glass wall to the bed, location. Price.
Staff not very motivated, but correct. Rate does not include b'fast.
I loved the room and it had a balcony with a nice view of Chicago. I was on the 18th floor. The rooms are very modern and unique and the hotel is right in the middle of things. It's easy to walk to restaurants, shopping, sight-seeing. The staff was very friendly and the room was nice and clean. I would definitely stay here again.
The staff was very friendly and the location of the hotel was great.
You can hear everything while in your room. I could hear my neighbor moving around, people walking in the halls. The club, Vertigo, plays their music very loud and it's hard to sleep with the music. The quality of the hotel seemed kind of cheap. The hotel entry has wood and the wood looks a little run down. not sure if that's just the look they are going for? In our bathroom, one of the tiles on the floor was broken and the corners of the shower, next to the glass is moldy.
The toproof (26th floor) was amazing
Many things to do in the area The concierge was very helpful.
Rooftop bar staff
Great location. Great doormen.
More modern than my taste. Impossible to get a spot in the spa.
Front desk staff was exceptionally friendly.
I had a do not disturb sign on the door, but the cleaning team still knocked on the door at 10:30 am
Room was small. Door to bathroom annoying, hard to keep open. no comfortable chair in bedroom, no fridge. No Golf channel on TV. Staff told me go to a bar to see the Ryder Cup.
Great location Great staff Very friendly and helpful Clean Tidy
rooms decor - industrial feel the location the front desk people were helpful
has a trendy lounge in the roof, and the weekend gets really noisy. even through the thick glass and concrete can hear the music thump.. not for light sleepers
Great locaition, clean room and good tv channels!
Very poor lighting!! It makes you go mad. Bed is not comfortable at all!! You will wake up more tired than you were. Bad smell of elevaitors
Perfect location. Room we got was really good. It was cleaned every day. As requested we got crib for our 7 months old son. All hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast at the restaurant good. Would stay again!!!
I like the sexy, stylish and sophisticated setting in the Dana hotel. I was very comfortable and impressed with the room, roof top bar, food, downtown Chicago location and very accommodating staff. And the bed was soooooo comfortable I haven't slept for eight straight hours in years ;o)
perfect location, modern design, everything you need!
Caring friendly staff to make your stay sweeter. Great view on the roof top. Great restaurants close by. So was access to all facilities.
The side of my bed was collapsed. I did not have a room with a balcony which was more of a disappointment than a dislike. But the almost every day events on the roof top, makes things awkward if that's the smoking area one can use with optimum security.
room is clean.
Everything you need and expect including plenty of coffee.
Sound proofing could be better from outside noise, room was quite dark, only a door sized window
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, great windows and products in the bathroom. I loved the wood floors and the bed was very comfortable. Such a great location for wandering around downtown.
Even though we were 4 floors down from the club on the roof we could still hear extremely loud music at night and it kept us up. Also, the walls are not that soundproof and we could hear noises from rooms on both sides.
the people and staff of the hotel were excellent, also the location
They bumped me off clearly in favor of someone who arrived earlier in the day.., knowing fully well that there would be a problem arranging for a room late at night. CLEARLY NOT BOTHERED. And then conveniently arranged for a room close to O'Hare, right from where I had started.
Proximity to shopping & dining is excellent. Staff-super friendly (especially Cesar)
The noise level can be high. Can hear guests in the next room very clearly.
