ダウンタウンの便利な場所にあり、新しいだけに設備など清潔で使いやすい。入り口がホテルとは思えないので、最初入る時に不安がありましたが、スタッフは親切でフレンドリー。全体に若くフレッシュな感じで、大変好感がもてました。レビューの評価が高かっただけのことはありました。 上にも書いたように１階がホテルっぽくないので、ロビー階だけでも、もう少し案内がわかりやすいほうがいいと思いました。 |

Loved the guys out front and Romeo. Loved the bed and view. The shower was cool too. The bathroom door would not stay closed. Embarrassing! The phone didn't work for 2 days. Frustrating... The iron scorched my white shirt at the proper setting... Upsetting. But for the latter issue, all were resolved before I checked out. |

The Spa service was excellent Maid service was bad. Room wasnt cleaned when I requested it. Maid service was missed for an entire day. |

Very clean and trendy. I enjoyed the view and the staff was friendly and helpful. Your breakfast set up was confusing. You can't take the elevator down to main level. |

Very stylish decor throughout. Fabulous views with the floor-ceiling windows. Bathroom door heavy to slide. Shower very powerful with no way to adjust. |

I can only say 3 words excellent ,excellent & excellent . I truly recommend this hotel for any person who will be staying in chicago and who want to enjoy the luxury of a top class hotel at an acceptable price. The rooms were very elegant and I strongly recommend the queen bed (very very comfy). |

The location was perfect. Personal were very attentive. Beds very confortable! The massage great. Dinner superb! 1. The temperature of the room was a bit unconfortable. Air con noisy 2. The toilet door (sliding door), I hate it as it cannot be properly closed. 3. Pedicure too expensive for a very poor treatment, the lady was nice tough. |

The staff are clearly very proud of this new hotel and they have every right to be so. The hotel is excellent and so is the restaurant. Everyone worked hard to ensure that we had an enjoyable stay. This is now my hotel of choice in Chicago. |
