the staff lied didn't follow our reservation and they were completely unprofessional and rude

We could walk to Doheny Beach for longboarding and it was convenient to family.

The room was a bit run down, the internet connection sketchy, no remote provided for TV.

Very good value for the money. Close to shopping and beach walking.

Very noisy at night.

I liked the location of the inn. That was a major selling point for me; in that it is walking distance to the beach, Doheny State Park, and some eateries

to call it a "hotel" is saying too much (i guess i had too high of expectations for the rate i paid). based on my stay, it's more like a motel 6...open courtyard facing parking lot...small pool w/ bird poop covered chairs...BUT decent continental breakfast. for me: if you DON'T plan on relaxing or sleeping at the inn, then this is the place for you.

They didn`t have our reservations. Almost sent us away!!

It was relatively inexpensive and close to the beach.

In my room, you couldn't get the curtains to close all the way. The bathroom floor felt heated because I think there was a hot water leak under it. The largest turn off was I saw a cockroach the size of a Hot Wheel in my room. I could also feel the springs in the bed.

The convenience to thr harbor area shops and restaurants as well as the beach areas.

The King Bed was very uncomfortable. The matress was very hard andunforgiving.
