The setting was nice.
Bed size was small but understand.
We enjoyed the physical amenities including the beds, our little balcony...didn't get a chance to try the hot tub or pool due to the weather. Adequate breakfast. We were most impressed with the staff, including bell and parking staff, desk staff, housekeeping and maintenance staff and the breakfast staff. Each person is an enthusiastic individual ambassador for the city and magic of Vieux Carre! We loved our visit and will be back for more!
The location was perfect. Hotel is within walking distance of everything in the French Quarter. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
Hotel was very nice and close to everything that was going on for Mardi Gras! Hotel staff was very accommodating!
We were extremely disappointed to check in and find out that the "Premium King Room" that featured a balcony did not come with a balcony! This was our 25th wedding anniversary trip and the balcony is the reason we decided on staying here! We were told by Hotel Staff that Booking.com does this frequently!!
Paul, taking care of our needs with car
The location is perfect to everthing
This hotel needs to update the floors and bathrooms
Collection of old cottages unified as a hotel, very charming, great location, especially for the Mardi Gras.
The carpet in our room was filthy! It clearly needed to be thoroughly shampooed or replaced.
Great location, French Quarter and many historical sites are within walking distance
The hotel had everything I expected. Clean and modern yet with old flair. Staff always smiling and eager to help. I would definately recommend this hotel and will return for another stay.
Breakfast should change every now or then but it still was very good.
The staff very friendly and knowledgeable smooth check in on a busy day location great.
The bed was not the greatest
Arrived before room was ready they stored our luggage and we explored the city. The little things, a glass of wine in the bar, free bottle water in the fridge. The souvenir book on New Orleans. Safe in the room, computer in the loddy, the breakfast, the character of the building, the pool was clean and ready to use even though it was too cold to use
The door to the baloney really wasn't safe anyone could have kick it in. It added character to the room. Not sure how to suggest you change this
Close to everything, yet quiet. Free drink at May Baliey's Very good breakfast Friendly staff
The wi-fi is very slow
Friendliness of the staff, and location.
Staff was absolute perfection. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was wonderful - just a block from the action but a nice quiet place to retire to in the evenings.
Parking fees are not included for hotel guests, but that seems to be getting more common.
This was a perfect location if you want to be in the French Quarter, just one block off Bourbon Street. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good.
The Premium King room that we reserved had a window that weighed about 30 lbs, that you had to hold up and crawl under to get onto the balcony. They found us a room with real doors for the balcony but they do not have any with King beds, only double rooms. Said they were queen beds but I believe they were twin/full. Had to settle for that because I could barely lift the window and we couldn't crawl onto the balcony for an entire week. Could have mixed it up for breakfast a bit. No variety, same thing everyday.
Comfortable rooms and very helpful staff.
WiFi weak in room.
Everything! Can't wait to come back!
The location was perfect. One block from Bourbon. All the action and none of the noise.
The walls were super thin. You could hear everything from the surrounding rooms and the hall, but it is an old bluilding.
This hotel was just a half block from all of the action on Bourbon Street, but it was very quiet at night. The staff was helpful and knew a lot about the area. The breakfast was amazing, and the accommodations were beautiful.
I can't think of a single bad thing to say about this property.
Really helpful with whatever we needed.
The location is good, close to Bourbon Street, but quiet enough for a good sleep. The History of the Hotel in different old buildings. Good Breakfast. Clean surprising big room, free WIFI.
I paid extra for a room with a balcony. Could not go out on the balcony. Might as well just had a room with a window.
Loved the location of the hotel. Staff was courteous and very helpful. One block from Bourbon Street (if that is your reason for visiting NOLA). Free breakfast is a great way to start the day of shopping and sightseeing.
Room overlooking Dauphine Street was a little noisy early in the morning but that is what happens in the city. The access to WiFi is horrible. Was there for 4 days and could only access the internet for 15 minutes.
One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at in New Orleans.
Not a single complaint.
Location and the superb staff!
