Helpful, courteous staff Great Breakfast

Rooms were nice and spacious, bathroom was big and clean, lots of towels and toilet paper. Staff cleaned your room every day and changed bed sheets and towels. You basically had everything you needed in the hotel. Plus they had breakfast from 6-10 and an outdoor pool. They had a game room too. If you don't mind the location, or if you're driving to ac by car from the hotel, then I would definitely recommend Days to you.

Location.. By shuttle bus it took us around 45 minutes to get to ac since the bus stopped at the major hotels along the way to pick up other tourists.

despite the hotel is 10 minute drive far away from the city, it provides value for the money. especially if you have a car, there is no need to stay in city center for more accomidation prices. the car park is very good, big enough and free. Also breakfast of the hotel met my expectations mostly.

only one thing, the room key was given wrongly and I had to change it by going back to the reception.

The hotel was very clean, very comfortable. Such a pleasant surprise for the price. I would definitely book and stay there again.

I gave the staff a low rating which may not be fair. When I initially called to verify my reservation, I was put on hold for a long period of time; I actually hung up and called back. The 2nd time I called the young lady that answered the telephone was very helpful and very friendly. I did not check in until very late after 12:00 a.m. but I called once again just to verify my reservation was still standing and to advise that I would be arriving late. the gentleman who answered the phone was extremely rude and obnoxious. I am assuming he was the same desk clerk that was there upon me checking in. He was a little more respectful, but still no customer service charm. In the morning at checkout I met a one of the housekeepers in the elevator and she was very nice and very pleasant. So my low rating is not reflective of the entire staff.

One of the staff named Philip ( I believe he is new) He was very friendly and welcoming, there was a nice family atmosphere there, and the rooms were comfortable and clean and spacious and good value for money, I would definately stay there again!

Breakfast was very good and I could even address a dietary allergy. Bed, pillows and furniture were good. Very clean. Caroline does a very good job for them.

Sound proof not good at all. A couple of men kept us awake most all nite with loud talking. We used the nature sounds thing on clock to mask the talking but aren't used to that sound. Next time, we will call front desk and ask them to call the people and ask them to get quiet. This is first time this has happened so now we know rooms aren't very sound proof.

Bathroom fan was broken and the non smoking room had the smell of a smoking room.

I have been a guest of Days Hotel, since the September Days. The staff is great. The food is good and the equipment to cook with is new and clean. Juice, coffee, water, popcorn, 24/7. I'll book with you Booking.Com. Oh,yes , nice lobby.

The Location close to Atlantic City and the malls

The front desk was very helpful with getting us our room. We booked a king size bed online and upon checking in were told they had none available. She was great to work with and we ended up in a nice room with two doubles.

We booked a king online but the hotel actually had no king beds available. Only doubles. We already drove there and we settled for the two double beds. They didn't change the price even tho the king was more online.

You could get a drink of coffee or tea at any time. There was popcorn in the room along with a bottle of water ,a coffee maker and a refrigerator . Popcorn was also available in the lobby. The breakfast had a variety of food to choose from. People on a low carbohydrate diet could have eggs.

The carpet in the room needed a good washing.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay. The maps were very helpful for getting around the area. We would return again and also recommend your hotel to our friends and family.

The only thing was if the breakfast time could be extended to 11 am.

I went to AC for the for the Orion Metalica Music Festival. I felt comfortable and secure at Days Hotel, but the most amazing perk was the hotel had the good sense to book shower arrangements for Metallica after the show on their way to the airport. I happened to be the lucky lady waiting for the elevator when James Hetfield stepped off. ...Priceless

I liked the sofa bed, in my opinion it was more comfortable than the bed, the table was great for using my laptop.

The view we got was for the back entrance, We got there at 2.00 pm and was told our room was not ready until 3:30, then we had to wait another 10 minutes because the room was still not ready! That really pissed me off, I tried to give my future wife a great time for our weekend, but right then she started to get pissed as I did, then the shuttle to atlantic city got to the place on time, that was a relief. But on the way back the bus was supposed to pick us up at 7:30, the bus came exactly at 8:05 pm, such a lack of punctuality from the hotel. Other than that the stay and food were ok. But could have been better.

musty room smell never went away

Convenient location to restaurants and amenities and Atlantic City. We considered staying because of the $49.99 deal to stay Sunday night as well. May consider it next time we travel to Atlantic City.
