Very friendly staff, useful information provided upon check-in. Close to Hardvard Business School so very handy for visiting folks doing the courses, close to Enterprise Car Rentals (exceptional service from these guys) on Western Ave, supermarket one side and the river the other.

Air Con was on a "building setting" so only came on for the whole building when the temperature fell/raised nough to engage the system- in hindsight just open a window and should be ok but they didn't tell me about this so spent a night blowing warm air through the room so less than ideal. Fridge intermitent in operation.

The thing we really enjoyed is that we were up graded to a suite room after the room we were staying in on floor 5 was filled with cigarette smoke. They were very nice about moving us to a very comfortable room which really enhanced our stay. Thank you very much. Although there was a couple more nights we did still spell the smoke threw the vents it was not nearly as bad as the first night we were there. I took matters into my own hands and ran to the local store and grabbed some duct tape and cling wrap and covered all the vents. Other then the smoke coming into our room It was a wonderful stay. Wifi was a little slow but knowing that the hotel was packed with allot of people that was very understandable. In future reference to the hotel if you could keep the smoking under control this would be a very nice hotel for everyone to stay. Thank you so much for making our stay as comfortable as you could.. Cigarette smoke was bad. My girlfriend was there to run the Boston Marathon and that was the last thing either of us wanted to smell. I am not trying to be a bruiser or anything as years ago I used to smoke. And actually sometimes like the smell of smoke every now and again. But this was horrible smelling.

Room smelled like piss from bathroom. Charged 24 hours before I got there. Elevators rocked and were downright scary. Never will I stay at this dump again.

Close to Harvard and great price for a 1 night stay.

The room smelled like smoke and must and the bed wasnt comfortable. The room was also hot we wpke up sweating when it was cold outside.

Staff talked loudly on cell phones as they cleaned. Walls were paper thin. Hotel needs updating in all areas. Front desk not friendly at all. Loved the town tho.

Breakfast was not included.

地方有一点偏僻，公交车频率太低了，半个小时一辆的样子~不怎么方便啊

The apartment was very comfortable and spacious. The restaurant was nice also.

We didn't know the geography of Boston and we chose a hotel that is not very central. But it was our fault...

Silent and away from the city but very close to Harvard University some walking distance to Harvard Square there is wifi which is good

there is no open buffet breakfast and the breakfast is always charged

It's not in great physical shape.
