We went up for a Red Sox game and they had a guy doing trips back and forth to Fenway waiting there in the lobby. It made our lives much much easier. Despite not getting the rooms we booked...due to over booking the rooms were still nice. It was the perfect place for an overnighter for a Sox Game. |

It was convenient to Cambridge. The room was comfortable and the shades sufficiently dark that it cut out all light when tired. In addition it had double-paned glass so even though it faced the highway there was no noise. It is a little far from public transport, so it is good to have a car when staying there. |

The attached restaurant was fantastic. Liked the internet access. Room was comfortable - fine. Staff most friendly and usually helpful. One day, it hit 60 degrees outside, so they turned off the heat. I was there for the marathon and resting during the day prior. The room was unbearably cold. Since the heating is central, there was nothing I could do about it. Once it got colder, it took quite a while for the room to warm up as it was on the 4ht floor. |

It's a good location on the Charles River, where we enjoyed running, watching the crews, meeting people with their dogs. The location was conveniently close to Cambridge, and the Marathon activities. We liked that there were lots of other Marathon runners at the hotel. The entrance, near the bathroom smelled like old urine. |

I like the location, the staff and competitive price It's becoming so run down that it's no longer seen as a value to me. The air handling system was noisy, the vents dirty, the elevator in poor condition etc. |

Convenient to public transport and nice location on the Charles River. We thought it was to expensive but relative to other accommodations in Boston it may not have been unreasonable. |

Pool high standard clean accommodation free internet and printing was very useful nice feel to the place helpful staff guest review was not very kind to the hotel Further out of town than expected but bus service good limited choice of restaurants nearby maybe should have emphasised closeness to Harvard instead |

rugs were dirty...renovate with newer, plusher rugs...had a problem at check-in with reservations and the desk attendant on at time did not explain problem to me sufficiently...but the attendant on at morning during checkout did and was extremely helpful. |

The Chinese restaurant is very good. Adjacent to hotel is Boston Ice Skating Club with its constant machinery noise! Windows are not soundproof, thus very annoying. |

The people were nice It seemed a bit grungy. When we sat on the toilet we rocked around and felt like we would fall on the floor. It made a loud sound as we sat. |

The view out the front of the hotel onto the Charles River. The proximity to Harvard, where I was attending a reunion. The view out the hotel window onto the municiple works yard. |
