Days Hotel Buffalo Airport  

I like the pool, no cause for worries. It is only less than 4ft deep. It close to most interesting places and the price is right for the services.

I would have like at least one hot breakfast. For example, oat meal, scramble or omelette etc.

I liked the convenience to the airport with the advantage of a restaurant and bar. The beds are comfortable and rooms were clean. The staff was just awesome!!! They were helpful. Wake up service,directions,and shuttle to and from airport.

The help at the desk was great. The location is great as well for airport travelers.

Our queen sized bed had 5 little pillows which look nice when the bed is made-- but were very uncomfortable. You should go back to large pillows. Place looks tired- needs new hall lighting, carpet, room furniture. Place hasnt been touched in years--and looks it. Found empty Red Bull six pack case under our bed--housekeeping aint doing their job. Theres a lot of competition in the airport strip in Buffalo, NY. They are all new hotels, too. Need to compete better by upgrading the facility and make it more attractive--and comfortable.

Location close to airport. Early breakfast, parking avail.

Not given the king room with sofa bed as specified and told all rooms were the same price anyhow.

Did not like the fact that I wasn't originally given the room I had booked. After complaining, we were moved. Did not like the fact that long-term parking is not included, as it is in most other airport hotels. Had I known that, I would have stayed at the Garden Inn.

The staff was friendly

This hotel was booked as a 3 star. A 3-star hotel does not have cigarette burns on the couch. The room was decent but definitely not a 3-star.

room was noisy, very little insulation between rooms, you could hear everything in the next room, paper thin walls. the people next to me, i was in room 210, were swearing, screaming at each other, on the phone, called front desk and they moved me withiut hesitation, thanks, moved to room 410 and all was fantastic, the front desk was VERY CURTIOUS VERY

Friendly, clean, convenient, and attractive with a nice work out room and pool. They offered a nice selection of choices at breakfast.

We were able to hear the conversation of our neighbors in the next room quite easily. Of course the views were of parking lots but that was to be expected.

Perfect location across from airport. Nice indoor hot tub and pool to relax in. Decent grill & bar. Great staff.

Bed was comfortable enough and we slept well but it was borderline on needing replacement and definately could use an upgrade to a pillowtop. They need new comfortors as what they had were all lumpy after being washed.

Very friendly staff, informative and helpful to get us around area bc my older was running at states in ELMA.. We would stay again if in area..

Mattress and pillows very comfortable! We stayed one night before flying out to Florida, so got to park the car free for 11 days! Great deal. Shuttle is convenient getting to and from airport. We have stayed there in the past, and will stay in the future. On the morning of Nov. 11, the woman at the front desk called for the shuttle to drive us to the airport around 8:45. As we waited, either the woman's shift was over or she was going for a break, and I heard her tell the girl taking over that we were waiting for the shuttle, and for her to "stay on top of it" to make sure we weren't kept waiting too long. I was impressed! And happy that she was taking care of us.

Small thing - I found lighting in the bathroom dim. Maybe they are energy-saving bulbs...not sure. I just like bright lights in the bathroom.

We paid $175 for our layover before our flight out in the morning. For a 5 hour stay, it was a ridiculous price, absolutely ridiculous.

Nothing exceptvit was close to airport. Very expensive yet no resl collateral. Will never chose it again...so basic yet very expensive. I was really mislead by website.

Really nothing...days inn is out of my list forever. I felt ripped off.

Breakfast was good.

The shower was terrible, basically had to have a cold shower to get any water pressure out and it leaked all over the bathroom floor. The TV signal kept kicking out every 20-30 minutes and staying out for 10 minutes at a time.

Location is good, other than that, its very bad, not clean at all. the staff are extremely unfriendly.

The proximity to the Buffalo Airport and the price were the most important reasons why I chose Days Hotel. The children enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and the jaccuzi. The rooms were neat and comfortable.Free airport shuttle was also welcome.

The complimentary breakfast menu could do with some improvement. The distance to popular tourist sights (Niagra Falls) was quite a lot and thre was inadequate public transport connectivity.

Good hotel for one day if we are going to have late arrival or early departure.
