Very good hotel

Noise from a highway

I like how easy it was to check in and out. They didn't take a huge deposit and the staff was friendly. Very nice rooms and quiet. A good place to stay if you are a budget. I will be returning next time i am in San Diego.

Parking lot was always full. Had to park far away from room.

great location close to everything , not to noisy

rooms are run down , kitchenettes are lacking , busy parking lot on weekends

My room was spacious and very nice, the young lady that checked me out was great! The location was wonderful because we were literally 5-10 minutes away from everything, and the security guard is s doll

We stayed for 2 nights and both nights there was absolutely no parking, when I asked the night manager about this he was no help and told me to park in the red next to the registration office, but would not be liable for any damages to my car.

Very comfortable and cozy,jacuzzi was hot as one should be,loved it.Awesome breakfast aas well the server is totally on top of keeping all sections fully stocked for guests and no rush to close it up and kick you out like most all other hotels providing breakfast.

The location..."hotel circle" is the one aspect that is certainly a deal breaker in making the decision of where to stay for lodging.The one thing that would cause me to decide against choosing this particular location.nothing is in a convenient distance of hotel.it is a 20 dollar cab ride anywhere you might need to go.

Good location, nice room.

I booked a king size room but was told I was only to receive what was available when I checked in. The ac unit did not work correctly, it turned on and off all night waking me up. The temperature could not be set either. I'm glad I only paid half price because I would have been unsatisfied had I paid full.

Convenient location. kitchenette. Renovated bathroom. swimming pool.

Found the beds old and saggy. Unit was very close to the traffic - noisy. Cutlery old, bent and missing knives. Carpet badly needed cleaning. WiFi weak and intermittent.

Location No fee to park

Room immediately adjacent to highly-active I-8, despite having requested 3 months before, a room NOT proximal to freeways or trains. Had we not had earplugs, sleeping with the freeway noise would have been difficult at best. Granted, it was late when we checked in; but, our prior request should have caused staff to hold a decent room -- our payment was guaranteed for late arrival.

Rooms where clean and love the pillows.

In the 10 days we stayed there we had to move rooms 3 times. We stayed so long because my father was in the hospital. So when we moved we had food and other things that we had to move. One day they moved us they didn't have a room ready so we had to pack everything in our car. They let leave the food in the refrigerator and moved it for us when the next room was ready. Other then that I really like the place.

Very good room for the price. Good service. Very good location. You can buy tickets to visit seaworld and the zoo with discont.

The location was good and, although quite far from the city centre, with good connections to the downtown area by bus and metro-train. Room was spacious, good provisions, including cost-free WiFi and a microwave with complementary popcorn. A good swimming pool with bubble bath. Nearby restaurants offer good but simple food. Airport is not far away. Parking area is large and nicely illuminated. Airport check-in available at the hotel lobby. It is only 10 min. walk to the Town and Country Resort Hotel, which is a well-known conference centre in San Diego but with accommodation at a different price level.

The Days Hotel is not a hotel, but a typical US motel, where the cars park in front of the rooms, each having the entrance from outside. It has a very modest lobby area, and is quite close to a noisy interstate motorway. It has no airport shuttle service (stopped operation recently); airport shuttle fares are 11 - 18 USD. Around are only other hotels and motels, no city quarters.

Good location, kitchenette was there if needed, cleanliness

2 outlets were not working properly. Had to move the coffee pot, had to use another outlet on other side of room.

The motel room was big and conviently located.

Clean, comfortable and quiet room.

Front desk staff not aware of events outside of the hotel. Lack of public transportation information available by the hotel.

It was the perfect area to do the things we wanted to do

Safe box didn't work, refrigerator door was hard to close

The hotel doesn't look like the picture posted on their website. Looks plain and not lovely like the picture leads you to believe. Still, great for a budget friendly trip.

Location ok. Beds very comfortable. Shower good.

Small room, not much room to move. No private balcony. Not much storage space, nowhere to put suitcases if more than one. No space in bathroom for toiletries etc. No toaster. One hot plate did not work and a cupboard door was hanging off. Both were fixed quickly once brought to staff's attention but it shows a lack of staff supervision that they weren't fixed before the room was ready.

We've got a fantastic stay which really surprised us! The room was cleaned, good decorated, and the beds was really comfortable. The facility was excellent. Our kids loved the nightly complimentary popcorn so much. We definitly will stay here again for our next trip to San Diego or recommend it to our friends and families.

The paid movies should be able to replay within 24 hours period as what we got from the other hotels.

I like it very much I like the staff and I like the cleanliness of the room and the counter staff are very nice. I like the restaurant also.

but there are people that keep coming back in fort near our room I see it in our window and couple people stayed in front of our room for more than 5 hours I was not comfortable with that only one clean lady asked my husband, to me it is not a proper way of business when she ask us twice when we are gonna check out

Staff were helpful. The free shuttle to attractions was good but had to book early as they filled up fast. We had to get a taxi on 1 of the days to sea world as it was booked up. Laundry facilities were great. And the restaurant at the hotel did nice breakfasts at a reasonable price. There was also a nice eating place for dinner within walking distance & reasonably priced

The carpet was very dirty & our feet were black from walking around on it, needs a good clean. Toilet blocked up to. There wasn't a toaster in our room which would have been handy to have. There wasn't a supermarket within walking distance, only near a little convenience store which didn't really have a good range of products. Was a bit too expensive I feel for what you got

It was easy to find, if u have a car, its really great to get around within 15 minutes to basically anywhere! Nothing to complain about!
