Days Inn San Francisco International Airport West  

The price was good.

My reservation was for two queen beds and I got a king and a pull out couch ( they are never comfortable).

Quite comfortable, free shuttle, breakfast is self service but has most u needed, very clean and very nice staff. There also an elevator for going to all floors.

The location but they have free shuttle service so it's not a big problem, if you need to go downtown, take their shuttle back to airport and change BART. The air-con control doesn't work properly,

It was very clean. Quite. The staff were professional and friendly. I was very happy with room.

There was nothing really wrong.

For us, location was ideal

The rooms are very shabby. In our first room the door did not lock. We got a different room. In the second room the a/c did not work. We got a different room. In the third room the fridge did not work. We lived with it rather than moving yet again. We had a 4 night stay and got a discount of $30 for the inconvenience. That was the very best they could do.

I liked proximity to the airport. Liked continental breakfast.

The gentleman at the desk Kismet had very poor customer service. Very not willing to help out. He was not willing to give me a receipt for my hotel payment. That is just plain wrong. Did not like how long it took for the shower to warm up. Did not like that fact that the cab drivers called were not willing to come for a short drive distance.

staff was informative, even though the answers to our questions weren't right in all aspects. BART to downtown is 8.25$ and not 3,50$. Good sized room. A first relatively quiet night.

A loud second airport hotel night. Frozen eggs at the plastic breakfast. Around a 100 $ / night for a single room is just far too much.

Very accomodating and friendly staff, room was immaculate and roomy. We only stayed a few hours so we could catch an early morning flight; I wish I could have been there longer.

Fairly close to the airport

Our room was next to the electrical room and the noise was very loud. We asked to be moved but were told that there were no more rooms so we left and went to a Best Western down the street. We will never use a Days Inn again.

Clean, close to airport, price, shuttle service

Convienent location but the street numbers really didn't make a lot of sense. We had a hard time finding it & several places we stopped to ask for directions were not sure where it was. Finally a guy at a gas station knew the hotel & directed us to it.

That the manager willingly gave a reduction on the rate when we were without hot water. Their boiler had broken & repairs were not done as promised

That we weren't told of the problem when we checked in, when the clerk knew there was no hot water. We thought perhaps it was just due to extensive use & we would have hot water in the morning. Breakfast was limited fare, but O.K. for the price paid. I would prefer a room on the back since the front was right on a busy street.

Closeness to airport and BART station

We did not have any hot water for our entire stay of 2 days and 2 nights. We were not fully compensated for the discomfort. We will never recommend Days Inn San Francisco Airport to anyone.

Noisy; room faced the street; every noise traveled up to my room.

The chair in our room #321 looked like it fell out of a trash truck . The people and tv next door were very loud.

Good value and the front desk guy was on his game. Smart, fast and pleasant. this is a great place to stay for the money and location. Will do it again.

TV remote was not programed correctly and the tv is very outdated. NO COLD WATER!

It was close to airport.

Area of city was poor. Noisy. Seemed not that safe. Personnel at hotel didn't seem very competent or friendly. Would not want to return.
