Location Usually an envelope with a receipt will be slid under my door. This was not done. Went to front desk and she left me standing there waiting for a long time while she took phone calls. I finally just said "look I'm here on business and have a schedule, I need to leave." She still let me wait. Not impressed whatsoever with that type of customer service. You need to step it up!

Nicely designed room, comfortable, and with good amenities. Since the design of the room was so well thought out, it was disappointing to see the unattractive carpeting in the elevator and hallways. This choice doesn't relate to the rooms, and in fact kind of insults the tasteful room decor.

Price competitive, would try it again. No shower grab bar,spotted,stained bed spreads,some furniture well worn, cleaning crews not well trained and supervised. No hampton inn !!!

The staff were friendly and informative, the hotel very clean , had fridge and micro and coffee pot in room. Near major highways and plenty of nice restaurants. Across the street from large mall with cinema complex, PF Chang, Cheesecake Factory rest. Would come back.

Beds were comfortable. Good shower. Outdoor pool was not in service although booking. Com made no mention of this fact. Room smelled like stale smoke and there was an ashtray in it; clearly a smoking room yet I requested a nonsmoking room. Housekeeping was vacuuming at 7:30 am on a Sunday; checkout time is 11am and checkin time is 3pm so no reason for this except inconsideration. Front desk was less than caring about any of these complaints.

Having stayed at several Comfort Inns we have been quite satisfied with the value, good, clean, updated rooms for mostly reasonable prices. Offering senior rates adds greatly to the value as we travel often and appreciate Comfort Inns' appreciation of seniors business. Also, the breakfasts offer something for every type of breakfast eater. At this particular Comfort Inn the room was quite small, though tastefully decorated and updated. It was fine for the one-night stay this particular trip.
