Within .4 of a mile from Disneyland. Easy walk to parks. Good breakfast included. Inexpensive gasoline close by at Arco.
Tight parking. Smelly, small elevator. Small area to prepare breakfast, easily crowded.
Not enough parking locations. Staff at the reception area was not that friendly.
NOTHING. IT WAS TERRIBLE!!
carpet in room was filthy. had to wear shoes or socks if you didn't want your feet to turn brown after your shower. drain in room was very slow draining so had to brush teeth in bathtub. also no place to hang clothes. Never stood in a hotel that didn't have some sort of closet!!!
Very friendly service. Allowed us to check in early.
Not much of a selection for breakfast.
I like location
Towels were very old with holes and gray instead of white. Everything was very old.
The location was great about a ten minute walk to the parks. Good value. Staff was very nice, we arrived early and we got our room right away. Room was clean. the breakfast was good they had make your own waffles with a waffle iron, that was nice. The room had a microwave and fridge.
we went in january so we were not going to use the pool or hot tub but if you go in summer and you want to swim or hot tub go to a different hotel the hot tub is so small!! maybe for two people. the pool tiny. our tub in room did need re doing.
I loved how close to Disneyland it is. We walked to the Disney tram and rode from there. We were able to see the fireworks from our room. Clean room at a great price. I would absolutely stay there again!!
No area to eat breakfast but making it and taking it to our room was easy.
Rooms are spacious and clean. Nothing smelled. Comfortable. Could see and hear the disneyland fireworks
Wi-fi signal was sketchy It's on the corner of a busy intersection, access into the parking lot was tricky.
The hilarious event was loud banging noises, which we initially thought was a gun battle. After cowering in the bathroom for a while we eventually courageously ventured out, to discover it was the nightly Disney fireworks.
The walk is 1.3 miles from the door to the park entrance. Not bad, but still farther than I expected. There was nothing else good about this location.
Rock hard, saggy bed. Moldy bathrooms, peeling paint. Tiny, tiny pool. Many sirens in the night.
I like the fact that it located near Disney.
Motel location right at the corner, you will miss it if you are not familiar with the area.
Close to Disneyland...walking distance close. Room was large, had a couch and table with two chairs. Lots of pillows! Pretty quiet at night. I was a little concerned about the sirens we kept hearing, but didn't hear anything after ten or so.
Even with all the lights on, the room was still dark. Wi-fi kept going out, and when it was working, it was very slow. Bed was very hard --no give at all -- and pillows were either flat or lumpy. No place to hang up clothes.
Dirty carpets Noisy location Expensive for what you get Old and poorly maintained In need of a lot of TLC
Walking distance to disneyland low payment
the b ed is itchy
It was wonderfully close to downtown disney and the theme parks. The price was as well as could be expected for a hotel with such a great location. Also the television was a larger model than most hotels, and there is a microwave and fridge included. The room was clean and so was the bathroom.
The beds were overly firm and uncomfortable, the shower filled up with water even with the drain open, the breakfast was a joke along with the front office. The lobby is smaller than the hotel room itself, and having all of the guests in there at once to get breakfast is impossible. The service was inadequate, and when I called down from a third floor room to the lobby because I needed more towels, I was told I had to come get them. The whole of the property was fairly dirty too.
The price. Although it is worth spending more. It needs to be bulldozed and sold for parking only
The parking, it was dirty, creeky, and should have never qualified for a stared hotel. Did not have enough parking so we had to peek right in front of the main entrance. Did not have enough towels for pillows for us.
Huge room. Came with microwave & refrigerator.
The plug outlets by the bathroom mirror was broken, so it was hard for me to blow dry, curl or straighten my hair. The keys to our room wasn't working the whole time so we would always tell one of the staff to open it for us with their main key.
Friendliness of staff
Carpet filthy, (they did however shampoo it for us while we were away at Disneyland), not enough places to sit, the place is falling apart and needs a bunch of upkeep done. Towels were rough and looked extremely old. Fans in bathrooms terribly loud and disturbing.
It was a great place to stay close to Disneyland
My room was on third floor
The location is very good only a 10 minute walk to Disneyland. Parking is free and onsite. Free wifi available. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms look newly painted (Dec 2014).
Breakfast is just toast, cereal and waffles. No place to sit for breakfast just prepare your food and return to your room.
It was within walking distance of Disney.
I did not know that it was located so close to the explosions of the fireworks at Disney. The noise was very loud. The restroom had a hole in the wall, the exhaust fan did not work, and the restroom sink had the hot and cold water reversed.
Proximity to the Disneyland was excellent.
The carpet in our room was so dirty it turned the bottoms of our feet black. The bathtub did not drain effectively so all showers were in ankle deep water. The bed sheets had dark strands of hair all over. The breakfast is a pot of Folgers coffee and one make your own waffle station which produced a rubber like waffle. Pretty much everything in the room felt looked and smelled dirty.
Our room size was good. Two queen beds plus extra bedroom with queen was perfect for family of 6. It gave us privacy and plenty of sleeping space.
Hotel is older and outdated. Carpets were vacumed, but needed shampood badly. Parking is very tight. My van gained a scrape and a dent on left side, and a scrape on rear bumper.
Towels were hard, no safe or closet.
