Sometimes, depending on the room, the floor is a little dirty, as my white socks turn a little black on the carpet, and there aren't enough electrical outlets if it's more then 2 people in the two queen room. Since the building is right off magic way, you frequently hear honking horns from drivers and sirens from accidents they have in surrounding areas, so if you are a light sleeper this probably isn't the best (I sleep just fine and I am a medium sleeper). You get what you pay for; but if your barely in the room, this hotel is okay.
I've stayed here multiple times for Disneyland trips. I'm not picky as I only am in my room for sleeping at night or naps, the staff has been friendly every time and I personally believe their beds are comfy. It's not a far walk from the parks especially if you take monorail into Disneyland. Even for the entrance I could do the walk in 10-20 minutes (depending on my excitement level). I had a flight into Burbank that arrived at 930 so I requested early check in (normally check in is 3, so I requested 11). Our shuttle we rented got us to the hotel really early, at 1030, and they let me check in right away anyways :)
