Comfort was good I told staff at check in, I would only stay one nignt, they informed me at that time that check out was 11:00am, but called me early, waking me before 8:00am, I did not ask for a wake up call, they asked if I was staying another night informing me that if I stayed pass the check out time i'd be charged extra, I had a very late night that night and didn't appriciate the attitude of the front dest person.

Absolutely nothing!!! This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. What a waste of money! The staff was horrid, you could barely understand a damn thing they said, the hotel itself was beyond outdated. There were also beetles of some kind crawling around the bathroom. I don't even want to think about whether or not the sheets had been cleaned well. This hotel was terrible and then some!

I like the seclusion of the area and the overall atmosphere. And althought I didn't get to use the exercise equipment as much as i wanted to because of work but very pleased that it was available and workable. the construction and dead bugs in the area. My puppy kept finding the bugs and trying to eat them.

I liked it here right near George bush easy access to a airport. I booked a ramada Plano room and didn't like area. Changed my reservation right away I called to tell him and they still chargedr card and will not refund money. Go here instead it's cozy clean and staff ate very accommodating. Nothing it was great
