the indoor pool was awesome and the spa was relaxing the kids loved it
Nothing, it was all good.
No unpleasant surprises; it delivered what it promised at a very high level.
The Omelette in the morning's breakfast line up.
The Suite and Cindi at the front desk.
No breakfast $8 is unreasonable for offering
Is what I expected. We were from lower az bringing the granddaughter north to play in the snow. All weather forecasters called for 12-17 inches of snow overnight. We woke up to sleet and ice covered cars. No snow to be found, what a disappointment. Phx weather casters are happy when they call for rain and it rains anywhere in the state, they call that 100% accuracy. Back east where we moved from the local forecasters could get it right within the wards of the city. Needless to say the granddaughter was disappointed but we went to see Bearizona and she was more than happy with that.
The breakfast, pool and spa
My only complaint was that the bathroom was tiny and had no hooks to hang things on, and the counter space was very limited.
Friendly staff. I had requested extra towels when I booked and they were there! Great location, and easy to get downtown.
The nearby trains went all night rattling our windows and blasting their horns every 30 minutes or so.
The hotel was clean and the continental breakfast is one of the best I've had.
Clean, quiet, comfortable.
Rooms needing to update.
Train tracks nearby.
The staff was very accommodating when we asked to change rooms due to excess noise sherd our room was located, even though the bathroom had already been used by us. We truly appreciated their willingness to move us.
Noise, too close to train track, had window open because room was too hot.
Manager was friendly.
The indoor pool could be kept at a much warmer temperature
The staff was very accomidating
no bad experience, however, the bathrooms could definitely be bigger along with the room
The pool and hot tub were clean but emitted a chlorine smell. Boiled eggs would have been a welcomed addition to the breakfast choices since the egg omelettes had cheese which I need to avoid.
The room was very clean, comfortable and very adequate for our stay. Excellent help from hotel staff on directions and suggestions for our sightseeing. We only had one night in Flagstaff and went to the observatory up the road. Great suggestion! We saw Jupiter through their powerful telescope as well as other cool presentations.
-paper thin walls -comforter was stained
I truly expected a lot less, but was definitely surprised! We just needed a quick, simple place to stay two nights while we visited Snowbowl. It was an easy to get to location, friendly staff, VERY impressive complimentary breakfast, (never have I had a complimentary hotel breakfast taste so good! Those waffles
That other Day's Inn establishments are not As nice but cost more.
Best breakfast of our trip. Staff were very helpful Cleanliness was evident.
Renovation going on. Needs complete remodel. No fitness room.
Breakfast was all right
Nothing I did not like.
I thought there would be 3 of us, but it turned out to be 4 and they changed and upgraded our room cheerfully and at a very good cost.
When we first arrived the employee at the desk said they did not have my reservation but after a few minutes it turns out she just misplaced it. Then we go up to our room... there was a sock in the hallway. The door to the room was very difficult to open. It smelled musky and old in the room. There was a stain on the very thin comforter. The bathroom was tiny and while we were sleeping every hour or so the toilet sounded like a rocketship was taking off. And last but not least there was a very loud train that not only passes by but it honks it's horn. The train passed by about 5 times.
I liked that this hotel was close to the highway and very close to many places to eat. The mountains behind the hotel were a nice view upon arriving.
Beds are stiff. The TRAINS all night!! The trains are not the hotel's fault just part of Flagstaff. But doesn't make for a restful night.
Clean, located close to town. Breakfast was convenient
This did not seem like a suite, I always assumed that a suite had two rooms. Instead it was just one big room with two beds and a sleeper sofa. It seemed pretty cramped for 6 people.
It was a good breakfast. Conveinient location.
Sofa mattress was VERY uncomfortable - with springs sticking into your back. The sheets were thread bear and sown together.
The breakfast was good - hot buffet, yoghurt, fruit, waffles etc
Hotel was very nice! I was nervousr booking online without seeing it before hand, since we had our two young kids with us. But hotel was comfortable, quiet and felt very safe. Staff was pleasant and room was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.
Breakfast area is too small. We missed out because every table was occupied.
Location. Nice room. Pool was good.
