You can not check in early at all

the size of the room was excellent. bed was really comfortable. bathroom was a really good size.

there was a very strong urine odor in the toilet area of the bathroom.

Nice staff, clean room, good location.

Our A/C didn't work.

The staff was as helpful as can be expected, very nice.

We had the broken room. The remote did not work, nor did the phone. We asked the staff to fix or program the remote and the one at the front desk sent someone but they never showed up.

Sauna jets not working

We had to change rooms 3 times. Lock was broken on first door, air conditioner did not work in second room and the third room had numerous issues as well. The coffee pot was dirty, air conditioner didn't work well, the plug on microwave didn't reach any outlets, and the tv remote control didn't work. We also had to call front desk for fresh towels twice and still ended up going to get them ourselves.

everything, it was awesome and we will be back!

The pillows were ok

There was no lip on the shower; I am guessing it is a handicap room; so when you take a shower the entire floor in the bathroom was wet. The chair at the table in front of the mirror was lopsided so when you sat in it you had to be careful that you didn't fall over. The furniture was stained (with I don't really want to know what). It was very loud. All night long all we heard was the water running in the laundry area which was right next to our room. The staff was not too friendly. Over all it was just a room for the night, but I would make an effort to probably not stay there again. I was really disappointed, because it looked pretty good online. Thank you

I liked that it was close to everything!!

Gave me wrong room from the start and when I got rite room sheets had rips in them and didn't fit bed.Half the lights didn't work and hair dryer kept shutting off.The worst of all the door to room wouldn't lock u could bump it open and hot tub was nasty lookin!!! Will never stay at hotel again!!

The pool area was very loud. Hot tub water looked dirty and the pool was freezing. There was a roach swimming in our toilet when we got to the room and 2 days later myself and my husband are covered in Bed Bug bites. Front desk clerk not once smiled.

I like the fact that it was convent for getting to the expo center and close to everything around us.

The room had torn carpet and looked to be as if they were remodeling some. The staff was pretty good. However, the breakfast wasn't out at 8:30 when the sign said until 9:00 and the hot tub looked very nasty. We didn't stay there but to sleep but I would not recommend it for the money I paid nor for the condition it was in. Had another couple there who had to change rooms twice due to faulty doors not staying locked. If you pushed the door it would open which is not safe for belongings if you ask me. I won't stay there again.

Indoor pool was nice

Couldn't never get extra towels! Their was never any or they were in the dryer! The microwave in our room didn't work an I have a baby to warm up bottles, had to go all the way downstairs to use a microwave every 3 hours! Fridge in the room didn't work! Our air in our room only worked on fan setting! Called maintenance up to our room 3 times in 4 hours they never cared to offer us another room! Was overall very disappointed! The breakfast was horrible! Milk for cereal was hot! Says they offer breakfast until 9 am when we went down at 730 they were out of milk an toast lady said when its gone it gone they do not restock! So do not stay if ur depending on a decent breakfast! I would not recommend this hotel nor would I stay here again. They allow pets so all you hear at night is dogs barking!

There is no hot breakfast..the lady that work the morning shift was very rude...ac in my room didn't work

I liked the location and how close it was to the beach.

The rooms were filthy. The breakfast was horrible. The staff was rude.

Great location, great price, nice pool, I LOVED the pool table in the lobby! Great visit will be staying here again.

Run down, peeling paint 2nd floor hallways and elevatir entry, stained carpets and upholstery. Elevator creaks loudly on every use, waking guests in nearby room. No hot breakfast as advertised. Staff ignores guests as they come and go.

I loved that they had an indoor pool and hot tub. We went for spring break but it was rainy and cold so the kids could still swim.

The "free continental breakfast" was the worst I have ever seen at a hotel. We came out at the very beginning of breakfast and they had 2 wheat bagels and 4 pieces of wheat toast in the container. My kids did not eat either of the two cereals offered. That is it! I have literally never seen so little offered. With kids, breakfast is one of the things we look for in a hotel. For almost 100 dollars a night it was weak at best. Last year I stayed at a place further into Foley and it was much cheaper and offered an amazing breakfast. For what I spent, it was definately not worth it.

The front desk person the afternoon we checked in (Thursday, March 28) was wonderful. Friendly, helpful and pleasant. I'm sorry I didn't get her name because Friday's person was not remotely as nice as she was. The room was large and bed was comfortable.

The door to the room wouldn't lock, there were no towels in the room, the shower and carpet were dirty, the door was open and a rag holding it open when we checked into it. It was also extremely noisy. The breakfast was sad and the area has a pool table so kids were running around just playing and grabbing food. Yuck. We went elsewhere for breakfast.
