It was horrible service, nasty, and very unclean.
Dirty room condom on floor beside bed, coffee pot had stale coffee in it.the fridge stunk had not been cleaned in weeks,tv not working.i asked for a neww or different tv and the guy said he will send one.after two days no one came to room.also after one day my keys were cancelled.
That there was a restaurant in the hotel
Hotel lost my reservation. The cleanliness of the rooms and lobby. Requested a non-smoking room at check in, was told there were no other rooms available, came back later and a guest who had no reservations was checking in. I asked the guest if it was a non-smoking room and he said yes.
The low price.
At arrival I was put in a room that was under construction, the person at lobby didn't apologize but just gave me another room without saying barely 2 words. The next room smelt muggy. Pillow was dirty. Window was broken. In a nutshell, very dirty room.
Willingness of the staff to assist you.
How close it was to at&t stadium
The place did need some repairs
No hot water stench a cigarette
Location by the stadium
People upstairs jumping and running around couldn't really sleep had people next door fighting heard the cops at their room at 3am just horrible left a day early than expected date
the price and distance to the stadium
could be a little cleaner, messy parking lot and room smelled old
The mexican restaurant on grounds was very good. The price was good and the food was even better. Also, great salsa!
The room smelled, had holes in the walls and the paint was chipping off the walls. The bath tub didn't drain unless you held down the button. The floor in the room was uneven and the carpet was tearing apart from the seems. This is no way that these are the Days Inn standards. Two thumbs DOWN for this hotel!
price and location
big hole - in bathroom dirty smelly disrepair
It was fairly close to the cowboy stadium. We loved the great restaurant!!! Price was reasonable.
Trains pass by all day and all night and honk their horn several times. Trains pass by about 80 yards away. It was awful!!
Location to Cowboys Game
Roaches in the room, Ants in the Room, Toilet was not working. It would take about 15 minutes to fill up with Water. We had to call the front desk and ask for towels. Worst Hotel EVER!!!
This was terrible! We booked a month in advance and confirmed that we would have ground rooms. We did not and our rooms were not even close. The bathroom door fell off and toilet could have fallen through the floor at any second. The staff was not concerned that we did not receive what we reserved. We will not stay there or recommend them to anyone.
The only nice thing to say is that the staff were very nice and friendly.
There were many things wrong. The place had not been updated in many, many years. The place had a bad odor, the bed had bugs in it. Had bites on my legs when I woke up. The sink handles were very loose and leaking when you would turn them on. There were no chairs, no microwave as stated in the description of the room. The pictures online were very deceiving. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Mostly everything, our room card didn't work maintenance never came. To many roaches. The refrigerator didn't even worked.
Having insects in my room
no wifi, dirty tub, tv was burnt out, comforter was filthy, shuttle should be extended an extra hour
Doors were damaged like they were kicked in. Air not cold. Desk clerk rude. Hard bed. Old Tv no fridge. Dingy seedy hotel. You can feel floor damage under dirty carpet.
Service was poor they would not give us a roll away bed they wouldn't give us enough towels amd the blankets were dirty and the shuttle left us at the game we had to walk back 3 miles and my daughter had an asthma attack
Hair in sink......trash was not emptied ironing board out looked like someone had just got ready in room and that was second room the first room the mattresses were leaning against the wall
The restaurant that is attached to hotel. Awesome food.
I can't really think of much I liked.
The front door staff was curt. None of the lights worked in the room. Our TV would turn off and on randomly. The shuttle to AT&T (Cowboys) Stadium (the only reason we stayed there) only runs from 10 AM to 10 PM - so if it's an early game or a late game, you are screwed. We had to walk back from the Stadium (3 miles). Didn't even sleep there - ended up just going back home that night rather than stay in that pitiful place.
