Just the location
It was noisy. People were standing around and talking so loud. Staff couldn't do anything about it. The phone was not working and the water faucets couldn't regulate the water that I goy burned several time, etc
Everything else, paper thin walls, peeling wallpaper, cockroaches, breakfast, decor shabby and filthy. Whole hotel is in urgent needs of refurbishment. Metal strip on bedroom door to repair where it had been broken. Truly awful!,
Staff are friendly
Very good room services, good breakfast, regular shuttle bus to Rosylyn Metro station, Quiet location and plenty of restaurants around.
There was no laundry services in the hotel, which made my 2 weeks stay a bit tough as i had to travel back with dirty clothes! Wi-fi was sometimes problematic!
Pleasant and helpful staff. Room cleaned daily and enough linens. Good location for the money. Shuttle bus to Metro good. Cab to or from motel reasonable. Hop on hop off tour bus can be taken from motel and drops off at end of day tour. Continental breakfast could be better, but coffee and toast was sufficient. Self serve waffle maker would be good. Local area good to walk in evening and early am. Few good places to eat too. Good location If you want to only want catch a few Zzzz's while saving a few C's while seeing D.C.
Needs to be updated. Should start with carpets first. Bring a pair of slippers. Bare feet on carpet is not a pleasant feeling. T.V. Could have better reception. Two major networks did not have good reception. Furniture old but sufficient
In walking distance to area food venders
Faucet in bathroom broken. Room was very small and outdated
changed rooms because of the smell--like cheap perfume. maid says it is the cleaning agent; furnishings are old--beed to be refurbished. toilet leaking
first room i took was good and bathroom was good too, specious. but chaned my room cause wifi wasnt working, the second room had horrible bathroom that couldnt sit on the toilet or my side kiss the wall, just imagin that.
breakfast was poor, not even as other days inn standard.
Breakfast was adequate, shuttle to Metro Rail, restaurants were close, free parking
Room was too warm and the latch on window did not open in bedroom .Breakfast was poor, needs to be upgraded. Coffee weak!!
Breakfast and breakfast room...Good bed..Quiet..... and light-proof curtains. They did give us a better room the 2nd night. Most staff were helpful.
Very poor room location. Obvious deterioration in rooms. Location not good for easy access to D.C.
Unit we stayed in was very well used.
The staff on the day shift are good.
I hated when the staff checked me in a single full bed when we booked a two full bed bedroom. We had to go back and prove our booking through the confirmation. They changed our room eventually.
The staff was so helpful and nice. Asher checked us in as if we were longtime friends. Accommodations were very clean.
rooms were dirty
The free hotelbus to and from the metrostation. The breakfast at the hotel. Coffee and Tea in the hotelroom.
There was no laundry service and there were no laundry shop in the area around the hotel. If staying at this hotel one must bring along enough clean clothes.
The Inn is well located for access to the cemetery and places to eat. The staff are excellent, the breakfast is adequate. Room was comfortable but furnishings could be better.
The lighting in the room was very poor. AC outlets inadequate to furniture arrangement.
Cost compared to other accommodations in the area for where I needed to be.
Old, wore out. This was the horse that has been rode hard and put up wet.
location and shuttle to Metro station.
No wifi in rooms.
Shuttle was reliable.
The pool was closed and there was no lawn furniture on which to relax. They said it was because it was after Labor Day. In Michigan, if it is 80 degrees, your pool is open because that is a nice day to be outside.
The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was decent and the location was good.
The toilet was loud, the wifi and tv sucked, the staff was hard to understand and the shuttle was old and worn.
This property is not fit for habitation. Paint is peeling off the walls. Mildew smell & stained carpets add to the ambiance. The furniture and beds appear to have been picked up off the street after being thrown out. I liked the fact that I was only there for one night.
There is noting to like about this hole. This place must have been paying off the county inspectors just to stay open as it could not possible meet the fire and building codes.
They advertise free shuttle service to Roslyn metro station, but when I called to request shuttle pick up, the supervisor I talked with was rude, hung up on me, and never sent the shuttle! I had to take a cab. I did get a shuttle ride to the metro the next morning.
- Price. It was one of the last places available for a last minute booking. Paid $180 for a run down motel for 1 nights sleep. Have paid less to stay in a Palace... - Condition. Run down and falling apart (although reasonably clean).
