The staff was very rude. The hotel was filthy and was infested with ants. The toilets didn't work and the tub was dirty. My credit card had been charged before we arrived so we were stuck because the owners made it clear that there wouldn't be a refund. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. This hotel should be condemned.
The waffles were good in the morning. Just about it
1. Lost my reservation that they confirmed the day before. Then went on to tell me I did something wrong and tried to tell me not to use a booking agency ever. Then tried to not honor the price that was promised per booking. After 45 mins of arguing he finally said he could do it. He was going to charge me over 200 more dollars than the quoted price to me. 2. Rooms smelled REALLY BAD! One room had the ceiling falling down and one of the beds was broken. The door to the bathroom was warped and would not shut. There was dirt in the bathtub and it did not look like it had been cleaned. 3. Manager calls me after I check out and AGAIN says I should not use a booking agency and to just call them. And he blamed the booking agency for not getting the reservation to them. He never apologized one time and I have proof they confirmed the booking. Bad business practice here. Will NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL EVER AGAIN!!
We did not get what we asked for. The room was clean but was missing essentials like shower curtains and problems with plumming. The customer rep was rude and unprofessional.
