Staff is very friendly.
Small rooms that were dirty and very worn out.
They were the last place in Austin that had rooms. When I went to my non smoking room and it smelled like an ashtray, they gave me a different room that was really 'non smoking'.
The mildew in the shower and rust in the sink. There are 4 steps in the middle of the hallway up/down that may be hard to navigate if you cannot use steps.
Clean, room was up kept, staff was friendly and helpful, location was next to walmart & target and entrances to overpass.
Pillows are comfortable
Very decent hotel if you only need a place to sleep and shower for a couple of nights. Nothing too fancy, but the room was large enough and clean, good wi-fi coverage, decent breakfast. Can get a bit noisy because of the highway. Taxi to 6th Street costs about $20 and takes 10-15 min. We stayed for 2 nights (weekend trip) and even taking into account 4 taxi trips, all in all it was still cheaper than staying in a more central location. I think it was absolutely worth it, would stay there again when in Austin!
Noise from highway. Limited breakfast choice. Very slow and always busy elevator. But none of it was really that critical.
GOOD BREAKFAST 5 MINS. FROM DOWNTOWN CLEAN ROOM
NOTHING EVERTHING WAS GOOD
My Big Comfy Bed
Wanted to stay longer
THERE IS NO OPTION FOR EXTRA BEDS
Only that there was a room available on a busy, event filled weekend in Austin. Everyone had to pay up $$$ for any room that weekend. For close to $140 per night the service, cleanliness, comfort and breakfast were worth about a $40 per night room. Supply and demand with the client taking it in the neck. "Nuff said
Pricing was good, staff was friendly. As a single traveler it was acceptable for my two night stay.
The breakfast room was very dark and limited in selections. No eggs/bacon. The hotel was difficult to enter off of I-35. The directions furnished by Bookings.Com were incorrect. The rooms could use updating. A/C was very noisy and the shower faucet had to be played with to turn off.
Room had a mini fridge and safe.
This room should have been under $100. The room wasn't the cleanest, especially the towels and shower.
Everything was great!

Room was good and quiet location.
Distance from shops and public transport
Staff great. Ants and water bugs not great. They came into my room and treated for bugs. But that's life.
Comfortable bed great pillows
Smoking too close to doors. I am on oxygen and it was a cloud near the door
The room was nicer than the public areas. The bed was comfortable and the furnishings were fairly new.
The lobby and breakfast area looked shabby and were in need of a facelift. There was a sticky spot on the bathroom floor in my room.
The hotel is right next to the Interstate, what makes it easy to get there! It also has a big parking lot. Breakfast was okay. There are a lot of stores and things to eat around the block. And there is a Bikini Sports bar just 15 min. walk away!
The shower head was mounted a bit to low so it was hard to take a shower... The walls are very thin, you have heard your neighbors watching TV and other couples "having fun" and this thru a few rooms...
The staff are rude disrespectful and the hotel has huge roachs that walk around freely like they own the place even in the dining hall.
I liked the price that I paid for my hotel stay. My room was very comfortable. It was cleaned and restocked every day. The housekeeper was also friendly. The hotel had a pool, workout room and free continental breakfast. The hotel also was centrally located to the highway and other attractions.
What I didn't like about the hotel was the fact that I could not access the Internet one time during my entire stay. Also the welcome mat in front of the hotel was nasty. There were also people hanging out when I returned at night. They might of been smokers. I wasn't sure. Those were the only times I didn't feel safe.
Breakfast, ease of adding extra night.
Price was more expensive for 1st night than 2nd night. Felt a bit ripped off.
Good price. Free breakfast.
Black mold in the bathroom, ticking noise in the fridge, sparse breakfast, old facilities. Not bad for the money though.
Nothing at all besides the breakfast.
I didn't like the fact that the staff are rude disrespectful noisy. They told us we had to let house keeping in our room everyday wen our room wasn't dirty we keep it clean and then they barge in your room to see who's in there and if it's dirty and for wat if yu paid ur fees. And they are not friendly at all and the fat white lady is racists saying my kids would take all the breakfast to our room in the morning but other guest would have 3 and4 waffles so wit that be careful wen yu stay here
Comfortable beds, great variety for breakfast, great location. If you're looking for those things, there's no need to look any further. Love this place!
Didn't like the fact that I couldn't stay longer.
Value was good.
The bed had a permantaly butt inpression on the side towards the ac.
Location was central to most things, room was clean and comfortable beds, pool was ok but not great .Breakfast was typical.
There were three short stairways from the elevator to the room but not a big deal.
