Score from 57 reviews Very good
Convenient location to visit Seattle parking good size of rooms complemenatry breakfast
the drive-in Mcdonalds in front of the rooms - noise all night from cars No high speed internet available
Room was kind of small for 3 adults.
We were going to be arriving in Bellevue pretty late and leaving early so I didn't want to spend much money. I figured the hotel would be "you get what you pay for". But I'm happy to say it exceeded my expectations.
nice staff, clean. Easy access to downtown, transit 10 min walk
bathroom was on the small size but ok
Good value for the money.
Beds were too soft for my taste.
The location was very convenient.
There were no grab bars in the bathroom or in the bathtub. The second-floor room that we were in was at the end of a long very narrow hallway difficult to negotiate with the maids carts. I use a walker it was very hard for me to get around inconvenient for me to get around.
The location can't be beat for a visit to Bellevue or Seattle. There is a McDonald's next door and a freeway on-ramp nearby. Our room was small but clean, and met our needs for this trip perfectly.
Location was next to where I work
the TV was not working and I could not log onto WiFi
The beds are quite comfortable.
We had a problem with our tub clogging on the first night but they fixed the problem the next morning. The wifi was not very good at all.
People walking during the night upstairs
From all the negative reviews, I was not expecting much. But the staff very friendly and accommodating. Rooms clean, plenty of space, great bed, all you need for a comfortable stay. So puzzled by the negative reviews I asked why. Now new owners and management, rooms renovated. Negative reviews from before this!
Absolutely nothing. Booking through Booking.com highly recommended. Best rates. The price quoted is what you pay - no hidden costs. Also credit card not charged when booking. Only from day of stay. Can change dates (providing rooms available) or cancel at no charge up until clearly stated period.
Hotel was located where there is quick access to Seattle, but also going East to many natural attraction, Ranier, Snoqualmie.
The wifi was very inconsistent, and being an online teacher, it did not serve me well. If you need wifi, this is probably not going to be the place for you. Weak signal and kicked off consistently over a 4 day period.
First off the location was good if you have your own vehicle. To get to safeco field/Century Field you drive 15 seconds to the highway and drive straight to the parks. It was also very easy to find. Good price, especially when compared to the downtown hotels that were charging $400+ per night. It definatly is not the Fairmont, but if you are going to Seattle for a sporting event and you don't mind a 15-20 min drive to the game this is a great budget choice.
We had an ant infestation one day when we didn't throw our McDonalds out :) The tub drain was literally clogged solid, staff thanked me for letting them know, hopefully it gets fixed for the next customer.
Air conditioning TV Cleanliness Ease of access to Freeway Breakfast friendly staff
Outside entrance so it was noisy from parking lot Window coverings did not block enough light for sleeping Rates a bit high
The location was excellent. The park and ride was a short 2 minute drive. The bus system is an excellent way to see everything in Seattle
The breakfast area is very crowded
Good location, easy access to freeway. Staff is very friendly! Starbucks, Mcdonalds, Jack in the box withing walking distance. Good price for Seattle area ($99 deal). Rooms did have everything, coffee maker, fridge, iron, hair dryer, wi-fi, free breakfast. Love the fact you can check in at 2:00 pm instead of the usual 4:00. Could get into Seattle before heavy traffic (ha) after checking in.
A tad too small. If staying longer than a day or have a lot of bags, could get a little claustrophobic. We were on the go and basically used it just for sleeping one night and worked fine.
room very clean
Very tiny room, no pool, no hot tub, very hard bed (left with back ache in the morning).
Very good for it's price. Definitely had a great stay here.
location is great, room and surroundings were quiet, breakfast was good, staff was friendly and helpful, plenty of ice, plenty of parking spaces
the double queen room was small and a bit cramped compared to other hotels we as a family have stayed at

Location, which is close to Downtown.
1. The room smell like cigarettes. 2. The room is not clean. 3. Where we are located, we can hear all the noise. 4. People are smoking close to where the office is. 5. The price is still high. 6. Internet connection is not as good, Wifi is slow.
The staff was excellent and made us feel really welcomed. A couple times we had to ask the front desk for extras and they were really accommodating. Location was great! Easy drive to downtown Seattle and local sight seeing locations.
The structure was a little run down & you could where the walls or baseboards were dirty or falling apart but overall it was a great stay.
Quiet room. Clean room. Very friendly staff.
Pillows are too fat and not soft; options would be nice. Towel bars are needed in the bathrooms. We are asked to save water by reusing towels and to hang them up if willing to reuse. I am always willing, but have yet to have towels left for the next day. That is true of any motel or hotel I have stayed in.
Helpful staff at front desk. The private patio was a great place to quietly read awhile one afternoon. Nice to be so close to a Starbucks too, and a great greenway nearby that we walked about an hour one morning. It was lovely.
Room was very small & so was the bathroom. There was noise from the room above, soundproofing was inadequate & we were awakened several times. WIFI was very slow.
