Disgusting appearance near kitchen/dining area.
the room was very clean and a good size room to spread out alittle.
I wish this room had more than just the little tiny wastebasket in the bathroom It would be nice to have a little bigger wastebasket in the main room. PLEASE
It had free wifi and a decent continental breakfast available.
The room seemed damp. It's not an elaborate place to stay but it works.
I was surprised of our room very big. we were on the 1st floor so we had a patio with pool view and mountain view very relaxing also had a play ground 4 the kids
we'll they could have had a better spread it wasn't bad but eggs in a bag come on.
Swimming pool was good but no towels
Ice machine didn't work, orange juice dispenser not working.breakfast fair to poor coffee terrible
The receptionist was great about setting us up with a room near the pool with our 8yr old. The room and facility was clean.
Unfortunately, there were some families staying near the pool that were not respectful and used fowl language on a continuous basis. There was a teen girl's softball team also staying that depleted the entire breakfast buffet so, when our family went down at 8am; nothing was left and no refills were done. That was disappointing.
The staff was very accomodating.Building was not accessible and we got a room on the 2nd floor.Grandma needs an accessible building.Staff made some changes for us and gave us a room on the 1st floor.
Not accessible. Old bathroom and t.v
Run down, dirty (had what appeared to be earwax on a towel), wasnt told where our room was
Felt like we needed a Haz-Mat suit in the place. Carpets in hallways and room were stained, Dogs barking at 1:00am, no security, bed skirts ripped, bathroom toilet not clean, shower not clean, tray and ice holder not clean at breakfast the tables & counter were dirty, the waffle make was not working properly and in general the hotel seemed in a rundown condition.
The price was affordable.
The hallways and the lobby had a bad odor. The hallways and stairs were very dirty. There was dust coming out when you turned on the air conditioning.
They were very accomadating!
