Sijainti on loistavasti metron vieressä ja 24h aukiolevat kaupat lähellä. Edullinen hotelli. Location is excellent (just next to subway) and there´s 24h open groceries nearby.

Illalla saapuessamme huoneeseen, löysimme vieraat kosteat pyyhkeet ja roskia vuoteestamme. Jääneet ilmeisesti siivoojalta vaikka emme halunneet aamusiivousta sinä päivänä, asiaa ei sen enenpää meille selvitetty. Kokolattiamatto huoneessa oli erittäin likainen. When we arrived to our room one evening, we found someones wet towels and paper garbage laying on our bed.

Actually I have stayed there before and it's a good hotel that's very close to the subway so that's important and everthing was fine

I had read terrible reports and was so relieved to find that the hotel was absolutely spot on. It was clean and tidy! And at the price we paid it was a total bargain! I have stayed in much more expensive hotels for exactly the same sort of room. Couldnt complain at all!

2 minor things.... 1. funny smell of cooking in the hallways, but thats obviously from people who live there permanently and, 2. The hotel was really warm, but so was everywhere in New York.. Cold outside but roasting inside!

Near subway but most of hotels in manhattan are near subway though.

I booked for a non-smoking room thru booking.com. But they put me into a hard-core smoking room. When I show the confirmation paper which I printed out from booking.com(Shown non-smoking room) , their front desk threw the paper back to me and said "You have to contact your agent and talk about this yourself". This was a bad experience I have ever had for hotel staying.

It was inexpensive for the one night we stayed & served it's purpose for a place to sleep.

The best about this hotel was the location at Upper West Side and next to subway station, which made it easy and fast to reach any other place in Manhattan.

The staff was rather unfriendly, the room was quite cold (in December) and the hair dryer did not work. Other than that it was okay, but I don't feel I got my money's worth.

The hotel was adequate for a city trip. Nothing fancy, but a reasonable place to spend the night after a day checking the sights.

The room smelled a bit "old".

We enjoyed the huge bed....and they had an elevator (even if it wasn't perfect!) It was close to the subway- so we were able to get around very easily.

Some of our shower towels were stained brown (we did not notice this until we were already in the shower ..gross) and the elevator was very tiny and slow.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was near the subway (red line), very convenient. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was ok.

our room was faceing Broadway, so it was noisy. Couldn't sleep without earplugs.

location is amazing..very close to subway...

front desk staff was not at all helpful...our room was very dirty..blanket was torn..thr was cockroach in my room..i was very upset wit the staff thy were not at all coperative...the only good thing abt the hotel was the location...if given a clean room i would definetly stay here again..security staff arjun was the only guy who was helpful..he was much better infact best then the front desk staff...

A subway stop was very close and many restaurants and deli's offered a choice of Greek, Japanese, Italian, Indian, Chinese and American cuisines. The room was on the small side but clean with an up-to-date bathroom. The staff was polite and helpful and the building did not appear worn and tired as some hotels do..

Parking was more expensive than the suggested probable rate.
